Nice and new hotel”
You should stay in the mid week days firstly for a better price, Secondly weekends are full and noisy, a lot of trips tons of kids but it's still a nice place. Near local restaurants to choose.

Very nice hotel. Excellent views and helpful staff. My room was clean, spacious, shower water was hot, comfortable bed, great natural and artificial light, good selection of tv channels and quiet. I never heard my neighbors although I visited during low season.

Very nice hotel in Halong”
We had an nice experience when stayed at Phat Linh hotel, everything was clean , hotel staff was so friendly. Specially Ms Thanh Receptionist is alway helpful, The breakfast is very delecous and worth money. We had wonderful holyday. Highly recomend

Most facilities closed”
The room was lovely with a great view, staff do not speak much English. The hotel was not busy at all (only a few other guests on a very large hotel) most facilities where closed such as spa, karaoke rooms, pool bar. Was disappointing as this was not mentioned on the website. When we went to the floor with the pool all the lights were off and the pool is incredibly cold, but would be a nice area. Far from the city centre as well.

Lovely rooms and very clean hotel. Great pool, however hotel was not busy this time of year and most of it's facilities were closed such as karaoke rooms, spa, and pool bar. The location is a bit far from the city centre.

Pleasant Hotel”
We stayed at the hotel prior to catching a Ha Long Cruise the next morning. We arrived around 8PM. The staff was very nice and welcoming. It honestly seemed like we may have been the only guest staying at the hotel. Not sure if this was due to COVID or due to the fact it was the winter. We didn’t see another guest for the one day we were there. Sam, at the reception desk, was extremely nice and actually provided us our ride to the cruise terminal the next morning. There was a slight misunderstanding with the timeline, but Sam was extremely flexible and made it work! I’d recommend that if you’re taking a cruise, to just stay in Ha Noi and catch a limo shuttle to the boat in the morning, as there’s more to do in Ha Noi, then around the hotel. Atleast when we visited.

Fantastic new hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms and facilities. My room had been upgraded prior to my arrival by the hotel, it was amazing. The staff were welcoming, professional and easy to communicate with. Everything within the hotel was immaculate. Will most definitely return and cannot recommend more highly.

다른것보다 직원분이 너무 친절해서 좋다. 하롱베이에서 오토바이 빌리기가 어려웠는데 직원분께 요청하니 직접 오토바이 렌트해서 호텔 앞까지 픽업까지... 게다가 체크인이 늦어져서 숙소 업그레이드까지 다 좋았습니다. 조식도 괜찮고 호텔도 좋고 다 좋았습니다 :)
