Staff speaks limited English, however eager to help out and also friendly, attentive to your request. Location is about 300 meters to the famous night market, a stroll away from the lake too. Lovely set-up and I feel very European when I stepped into the room. yes will stay here and recommend friends too.

My room was next to a room that the hotel employees used for the night shift. They smoked in the room that caused very bad tobacco smell in my room. I complained to the front desk and requested to be move to another room but they said because we booked the room for too many nights (7 night) so they couldn't move us.

Reasonable offer comes at a price”
The price per night is attractive, especially taking into account the location of the hotel. However, it was of my high concern about the hygiene of the hotel, judging from what was served in the restaurant - We noticed stained forks and spoons, and foods on the floor returned back to the plates... It was noisy too - not too much but enough to bother you. The water flushing sound inside the wall, the noise of many rude guests in the restaurant. If you are ok with it, do consider this with its very affordable price. Otherwise, consider other hotels nearby.

Excellent location, not great cleanliness”
This location is exceptionally well located just a few minutes walk from the lake and the night market. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable too. We also had a really good view from our room. The negatives: the walls were very thin so it was very easy to hear other guests late into the night, and the room was not very clean (the sheets, a towel, the bathroom, a wall, etc), which didn't work for us. The amount of noise and cleanliness issues may have been a result of Tet (the increased price certainly was), but I don't know.

Great 3* hotel”
My fiance and I stayed at Pho Nui hotel for 1 night. When we arrived in Dalat, it was still early for check in, so we left our luggages with the receptionists and took a walk around the area. The hotel was very close to DaLat market and Xuan Huong lake, where we could find many local restaurants and coffee shops. We got a room on the 5th floor of Pho Nui hotel. Overall, the room was clean and had all the basic amenities such as hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, hot/cold water.... What we liked the most about this hotel was the receptionists and bell men. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us carry the luggage to our room and offered us cheap local tours. We did book a city tour with the hotel for $150,000vnd/person. The tour was guided by a local tour guy, not by hotel staffs. The tour started from 8:30-4 everyday. They took us to several famous places around the city such as Dinh Bao Dai, Nha tho Con Ga, Thien Vien Truc Lam, Thung Lung Tinh Yeu, Datanla fall. Overall the tour was decent, not good but worth the money since it would cost us more than $150,000vnd to go on taxi to visit those places on our own.

I stayed at Pho Nui hotel for 2 days. Very friendly staff, the room is very nice and clean. I got a 50% deal on pagoda so it's very cheap for a 3 stars hotel. I would really recommend Pho Nui hotel for my friends.

Best shower in Vietnam”
This hotel was a bit confusing at first in terms of name, from the front of the building it's called the Pho Nui Hotel, but on the side of the building its name is Mountain View! Anyway after enquiring at reception we were told it's the same hotel. Room standard is very good with a really comfortable bed and the best shower in Vietnam! The hotel is located a short distance from the market and of an evening food abounds! Don't have any laundry done here though as you will need to take a bank loan out to pay to have it done. There is a laundry tucked away in a side street behind the hotel but it is a little difficult to find. Turn left out of the hotel, walk towards the marke then take the stairs on your left at the Viet Bank. Turn left at the top of the stairs and walk up the street for several hundred meters, then turn down the first laneway on your left. The laundry is about 20 metres down this lane on your right. Good central location.”
Dalat is a beautiful place and well worth a visit, hotel conveniently located to main town area , markets and lake. We were picked up by our tour guide 'Son' and had a fantastic day out sightseeing. Unfortunately hotel staff had poor English so difficulty with communication which is quite evident through a lot of Vietnam. Cheap transfer to airport using local bus service $2 each. Wifi in hotel poor, breakfast adequate but minimal. Probably a case of get what you pay for even though hotel fairly new Dalat is cooler but no air conditioning in hotel.

Comfortable stay”
In overall, our holiday was fantastic and our stay at Pho Nui Hotel was great as well. The family room was big, clean and well design. However, the room's door is hard to open and close. It causes a lot of noises. And breakfast buffet should be improved with more variety of food.

Confusing mixed bag ”
After I arrived I got bumped to another room, for some reason, although my room I booked was still available. The one I booked was on the top floor offering better views and would have been a lot quieter than the room I did get on a lower floor next to a Chinese family that liked too have their door open so that that could talk loudly in the corridor while on the phone, bless. Because off the room change my electronic key would not work three times which meant I had too keep going back to reception. The rooms are nice and spacious, apparently designed for honeymooning couples. My new room overlooked a bar and restaurant that liked too play techno music from 8am to 4pm although nobody appeared to be in it. Too be fair the whole center of Dalat probably could hear it. I had too ensure that the curtains were pulled so that nobody could perve at me wondering around. As was expected my view was less that ideal than the room I did book. The breakfast food was the usual fair and enjoyable. I was given the wrong time for the arrival of the airport shuttle and as such missed it. Too be fair the receptionist did ensure that It did return 10 minutes later and did seem honestly upset by the mix up.

Compared to other hotels in Dalat, i believe this hotel is more quite, because of its location away from the central round-about, but still close enough (2 min walk). We had a room at the back (houses NOT visible from the main Street) and this likely gave extra quiteness. I recomend this hotel; good Value For money, helpfull staf, clean, excellent wifi.

Book the R. Queen room but was told not available when checking in. Ask the staff for another room and was given a family suite. Not bad for a typical 3 star hotel in Dalat. It is close to the night market and many eateries around the hotel. It was a nice experience to stay here!
