Nice, new, exceptionally clean and friendly ”

When I rode in to the Phoem Phoon and saw the manager word on his motorbike, which was polished as well as the rooms, I knew I made the right choice. Lots of young Thais staying there which made it most enjoyable. Don't get the impression that this is a biker hangout because it's certainly not that. Just bike friendly with a manager, Yo, who's English is exceptional and knowledge of roads worth riding is an asset for those travelling by motorbike. It is a little ways from central Nan but transportation is most affordable.

Great place to stay in Nan”

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff were VERY friendly, helpful and polite. The room was soooooo clean, fresh and clean towels every day :) The hotel area was clean and tidy, so quiet and peaceful even though the rooms were booked out. Location is perfect. Just 2 min walk to the department store or 10 mins ride to local market. They do provide push bikes for the guests as well which is very handy. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back if we have a chance.

Good quite cheap”

It was good and value for money. The hotel is very close to night market, just 10 min walk. Owner is very kind. They use better quality of bed sheet if you compare with same price of hotel in Chiengmai. Free bicycle, but there are only 2 of it. But if you with bigger group, very easy to rent one closed by.

The staffs and owner are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is a little bit far from the town centre, fortunately they provide free bicycle (but limited to 5 bikes only) There are some mom and pop stores near the hotel, 7-11 and Tesco Lotus Express are not very far from the hotel as well (can walk like 5-10 minutes)

This location is closed to downtown but keep quite. The people here are kind and helpful. This is a lovely hotel you won't missed.

Hotel is located in a small soi so you will need your own transportation. However, this makes it quiet and private if this is what you like. It's a modern building, rooms are a good size and very clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Value to stay with standard facilities of 2 stars hotel. Car parking provided and its location was quite comfortable for trip.

Calm and Col”

The hotel is Thai apartment style. It is calm, cool, and not far from downtown. There are 3 access to main streets (about 200 m - 5 minutes walk each direction).

Clean spacious guest house very new. Everything worked. Very friendly manager that speaks good English. Helpful with tips of the area. Also a motorcyclist and bought his bike in to show me. Really enjoyed my stay here and nice area of the country.

Bed was small and not so comfortable. Early morning at 4am, you will have free wake up call from the roosters near by the hotel. Parking lots not enough.

if you are traveling with a group, this is a good place to stay - even though the check-in procedure can take time, but generally the staff is very helpful and friendly there is no food available, just some beverages

das Hotel ist ein neues, ruhig aber trotzdem stadtnahes, familiengefuehrtes Haus. Der Manager spricht sehr gutes Englisch ist ist in allen Angelegenheiten sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine kleine Kaffeebar, die ganztägig zur Verfuegung steht. Exzellentes Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis.

車がないととても不便”

位置的には市中心部からそれほど遠くないのですが、住宅地のなかにあり、移動手段のない方にはお勧めできません。タイ語ができないと、探すのに一苦労ですし、さらには、夕方になると、大きな犬が何匹も周辺をうろうろしていて、外国人には危なくて徒歩ではとても近寄れません。逆にいえば、車で行く方で、安く泊まりたい方にはお勧めです。わたしはオーバーブッキングといわれて、アゴダで予約していたにもかかわらず、１泊を他のホテルに回され、予定が狂って嫌なお思いをしました。

まあまあのホテル”

ナーンの町の中心から少し離れているが、歩ける距離で問題ない。ホテルは簡素な３階建てだが、まだ新しく、清潔で快適に過ごせる。タイ人客ばかりだが、オーナーも英語で十分なコミニュケーションがとれて問題ない。難点は、まわりに空き地が多く、雨が降るとカエルと虫が多くなり、うるさく、うっとおしい。
