Best in the Cava Island”
I have stayed for five days in the Cava town. I experienced three different hotels. I think this hotel is the best of the best. Location is perfect, price is reasonable, food is really good. Specially, balcony is so good and bed is the one of best. Book this hotel if your life meets Cava Island, Vietnam.

Overpriced, unfriendly staff, no elevator”
This hotel is way overpriced. We paid for a triple room with no windows and a gross bathroom. Then we moved to another hotel that had a gorgeous ocean view, friendly staff and an elevator. The staff at phong lan were not friendly whatsoever.

Accueil déplorable”
Arriver en weekend nous avons dû payer 40 dollars pour une nuit. Les chambres sont sommaire, la literie très dure. À souligné tout de même la présence d'un ascenseur neuf à partir du deuxième étage et également une climatisation efficace. L'accueil est déplorable comme si nous n'existons pas. Je ne recommande pas surtout à ce prix-là

Tres decevant”
Si l'hotel est bien situé, possède un ascenseur et la climatisation, ce sont là ces seuls atouts. Le personnel nous a à peine adressé un mot, nous accueillant froidement et mettant en doute la réservation que l'on avait fait sur internet... la chambre ne correspondait pas (lits simples au lieu d'un double), le wifi ne fonctionnait pas , et les prix des chambres sont doublés pour le week end... total: tres tres tres decus!!!!!

Unglaublich günstig und dafür alles drinnen”
Das Zimmer ist vollkommen ausreichend und hat einen super Ausblick auf die Hafenbucht von cat ba. Mit dem Roller in 2 min am Strand. Unfassbar für den Preis. Ich habe ernsthaft gedacht ich schlafe in einem Loch aber ich kann es nur empfehlen

Ưu điểm duy nhất là vị trí sát trung tâm. Tuy nhiên không có chỗ đỗ xe, so với các KS khác xung quanh cũng có lợi thế về vị trí như vậy nhưng tốt hơn nhiều. Phòng nhỏ hẹp, chật chội, ẩm mốc, hôi hám; Tiện nghi cũ, op ẹp, một số bị hỏng (Điều hòa hỏng cửa gió, chỉ cụp xuống, TV 24 ich đèn hình điện tử từ thời 90-91, nhà vệ sinh ố vàng, khăn, chăn ga gối đệm, đồ dùng vê sinh hàng tận dụng, kém chất lượng - ko thể miêu tả nổi). Khi đặt, đc thông báo là có ăn sáng, tuy nhiên Chủ KS nói rằng dịp 30/4-01/5 không tổ chức ăn sáng và cúng ko được trừ tiền ăn sáng. KS đã báo lại cho Bên Booking rồi, Agoda thông tin có ăn sáng như vậy là ko chính xác (Chủ KS nói rằng Agoda đã bán cho Booking). Tóm lại, giá quá đắt so với KS 1 sao (nhân dịp nghỉ lễ tranh thủ chặt chém trên 900k/đêm), nếu còn cơ hội đến Cát Bà thì sẽ tìm KS khác;
