Comfortable rooms at reasonable price”

Phu Quoc Bien Guest House is just a small hostel with 5 rooms so the receptionist will remember and have time to serve each guest (even chit chat some small jokes). Our rooms were not very big but enough comfortable with the air conditioner, TV, Wi-fi,clean bed and WC (that seems all what we need for a short vacation). There was not any fridge, this point should be considered if you want to keep some fresh water with you.

We stayed Here 4 days for a Great Money (15usd) close to The Beach ( 200 Meter ) Great Bars on The Beach , very Cheap Restaurants in that Street and close to dong dong nightmarket ( 5 min with Scooter ) Sao Beach in The South of The Island is amazing !

Good Location, Great Breakfast, Good Air Con”

Overall we really liked this guesthouse. The staff were really friendly. The air con was really good, and the breakfast was really yummy! We went for a walk to the old town, but there's not much there. There are plenty of good food options around this hotel. IE: walk to the corner of the main road, first restaurant to the right serves 8,000 Saigon Green and REALLY nice food. It's only a 5 min walk to the beach (although you have to park your towel in front of another hotel/guesthouse...) and our laundry was done in a timely fashion. (Cost about 25,000 per Kg). Breakfast had some good options. My partner had the pancakes and said they were really good. I had the fried eggs and bread which was like most other places in Vietnam. Only problem was the ants in the room. When we checked in our bathroom was FULL of them. And when I say full, I mean the floor was covered... We asked about it at reception though and they cleaned it right up straight away. The ants did come back, but they must have put/sprayed something to kill them as they were all pretty much dead when we woke the next day. We just sprayed them away with the shower hose and got on with our day... Other comments on the room... it was spacious, the bed was good and so was the air con. Also, the night staff were good and spoke better English than the day staff. If you're going to Cambodia you can change Dong for USD here. Also note, there's a lot of construction going on in the area... so stay closer to the beach. You'll get more out of your trip.

Nice little guesthouse which is close to the beach. You don't have a view from the rooms, but that's fine for the price.

Great place to stay with very friendly staff. Super relaxed. Nice clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Sheets changed every other day! Air con and fan! Clean Private washroom. We stayed longer than originally planned! Lots if great places to eat nearby!

Great value for money. Clean room. Staff friendly and helpful but had some communication barriers which made things a little tricky. Restaurants nearby and close to the beach.

Near long beach 5 min. Kind personal. Good for backpacker. Room is small but for sleeping is ok. We were whole day away.

Not amazing but cheap”

The set up is very basic, just a few rooms off the back of a travel shop. The room was basic and small but it did the job as a base for 2 people. It's only a couple of hundred metres from the beach and there are a few nice bars and restraunts a few steps away. The town is quite a walk but really quick if you rent a motorbike which is easy and cheap from a place down the street.

Für 10 Euro die Nacht okay. Zimmer Nr. 3 riecht nach Schimmel, in Nr. 2 regnet es durch die Decke aber Zimmer Nr. 4 ist Okay. Frau an der Rezeption unfreundlich + desinteressiert. Der Mann aber super nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit.

De kamers werden iedere dag schoon gemaakt en dit guesthouse zit vlak bij het strand. Het personeel en dan met name de meid achter de receptie was verschrikkelijk chagrijnig en niet bereid om ons op een normale manier te woord te staan. groot min puntje daarvoor. Het andere personeel, welke geen engels spraken deden wel erg hun best.

- 24/12~ 26/12 mình có chuyến đi PQ, mình ở PHU QUOC BIEN GUEST HOUSE, do đã đặt phòng trên Agoda từ trước. điểm cộng: - phòng tu sửa liên tục nên còn khá mới. trang thiết bị vận hành tốt. có máy phát điện. - Nhân viên rất thân thiện: thực sự cảm ơn chân thành anh chị quản lí phòng đã hỗ trợ tối đa. - Dọn phòng hằng ngày. - Giá các loại nước khá rẻ 5k/lavie 500ml. 10k/lavie 1,5l - Giờ giấc thoải mái: mình đi mua đồ ăn lúc 1h sáng, vẫn cho mình mở cửa. Điểm trừ: - phòng hơi nhỏ. thêm khoảng 5m2 nữa thì thoải mái hơn. - 11h30 24/12 mình tới nhà nghỉ, bạn mình hơi mệt sau chuyến bay nhưng tiếc là phòng chưa dọn kịp. - không phục vụ đồ ăn: Nhiều khi đi chơi về trễ và muốn ăn nhưng nhà nghỉ không có phục vụ và cũng không bán đồ ăn nhanh. - wifi hơi yếu: Mình ở phòng 1, giữa 2 wifi port nhưng wifi hơi chậm.
