We have a great vacation. Central location, near restaurants, beaches, cafes and night markets We book on agoda one night to experience but the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic to help so we decided to stay here and they kept the best price. Clean room, good service. We can borrow motorbikes to buy food and supermarkets every day. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and come back here again. Thank you again

The villa was a great play to stay. Our family enjoyed using the swimming pool. At night time it was only a short walk to the night markets.

Ok but need to improve”
Hotel was kind enough to let us check in early ( around 11 am). And maybe because of that, they didn't have time to clean the room before - hand ( and didn't told us about that). On first day, there are dust, small insects in room ( ants, flies, mosquitoes and even a big spider appeared), room is smell. The second day, they came to clean daily and this all gone. There are no hot water in our 2 day of staying and when talk with hotel, they didn't help solve this problem instead asked questions like: " How come other rooms have but this room don't have?" Gas stove was run out of gas.

Way better beyond whatever you expect”
I was staying in Phu Quoc Villiage this Nov with my companies including toddlers and chidlren. The 3- bedrooms condo provides us with clean and big bedrooms with daily laundied bed sheets. And the wide dining room is equipped with all cooking tools with big fridzer. I can alsl recall the unforgettable incident that I left some of my belongings there and checked out to move to another lodging. They came to the airport to bring it back to us which is what I have not expected any of accomodation staff to do for their customers. And let alone the such a competitive room rate, they have a fantastic access to downtown(Duong Dong) as well as night market, which takes only 5 mins by walking. Even though I do not have any plan to go to Vietnam in future, Phu Quoc Village is enough for me to be motivated to go to Vietnam agian at all. Thank you Phu Quoc Village and Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!

Excellent”
Thanks to Phu Quoc Village, I really have a nice holiday here. It was a little bit pity that our room didn’t have hot water from the 2nd day, and also I think it would be nice if the breakfast was included, but all other was perfect. And my friend was on birthday that time, the hotel prepared a birthday cake for us in the room, it was so sweet. I'll come back to Phu Quoc Village if I have chance.

Good location, good value for money”
The apartment we rented has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, which is very convenient for after beach bath. We travel as a nig family and the apartment provided all neccessary cooking equipment. The wet martket is is near and we could borrow bike from the receptionist to go to market. Nearest beach is about 600m, it's popular anf crowded but not a place to enjoy and relax. Location of the apartment is excellent as we could easily go to the north or the south, go shopping and go into town e.g. Night market. Plus point for early check-in and late check-out with no further charges. Before arriving we were worried about the mosqitos from the previous review bit it wasn't really a problem to us. The staffs was really friendly and helpful, although the prices they quote for 3rd party sevices like transportation or tour was not that cheap. In general we are quite satisfied with our stay in Phu Quoc village

Lovely Night Sleep and a Fantastic following day!”
We stayed one night at Phu Quoc village and found the rooms very nice, clean and confortable. However the best thing about our stay was the lovely staff. They organised for us to come along on their snorkelling trip the following day at good discount prices where we met loads of really nice people and had a fantastic day out at sea. This was followed by a trip to Sao beach which is one of the nicest in Phu Quoc. Great Stay!

Nice villa”
It looks quite sketchy when I first saw it however, it comes fully equipped with all necessities. Just bring bug excellent since there's lots of them... Comes with the land of Phu Quoc. Staff were friendly enough to help spray the rooms when we left. Oh, and one of the toilet is outside in the open.

To start off having three rooms for the price of one resort hotel room was a big bargain. Add that with how close it is to the town centre and how far it is (on a side road not disturbed by traffic) it makes for an ideal stay.

Great for families and groups ”
Enjoyed our stay very much. Great value. We got an entire house with 3 bed rooms. Fully equipped, including laundry service. Cheap tour recommendations as well. They provide mosquito nets for the bed and bug zapper. Only issue is water pressure not that good but it's like light rain shower. Beautiful home, highly recommend for big groups or families.

We had to families that booked the 3 bedroom villa. It was perfect. We were able to cook meals and all the amenities worked well. Only Only one recommend. Put AC in th living room. Thankfully all the rooms had good AC. We would stay here again. Miss DUYEN, was soooo helpful. Thanks, DUYEN.

Great value for money; Don't judge by the photos!”
Staff were friendly and helpful! They decorated the bed with lovely swans and flower petals as it is our honeymoon; great effort put in to make you feel comfortable! Young lady with the best command of English, helped us with places of fishing as that was our interest. They greeted us with smiles every time we meet. When we had issues, they will check and helped us with it. Thank you for a lovely time!

Great place aside from the thieves”
Place is great! Its big and amenities are very nice. Wifi works consistently. Hot water stayed hot. My only complaint is that we were robbed! After going out for the day we came back to a completely cleaned place. Turns out they also took the majority of our cash. Most likely the cleaning staff since they were the only ones in the place while we were out. We raised this with the manager and cleaning staff but no one was going to admit anything. Recommend not having cleaning done to avoid this in future!

We booked an apartment for a family of 5. Upon arrival at the location, the staff allowed us to upgrade to a villa for a small fee, which was much much more cheaper than re-booking again. The children absolutely love the small villa. The only downside is that there is alot of mosquitoes at night. Other then that, we really enjoyed ourselves.
