Planned on a few days, stayed for a week.”
I only planned on staying at the Phuket Paradise Hotel for a few days, but Louis and his squad were so great, I ended up staying for the whole week I was in Phuket. Between the free breakfast every morning, the free motorbike rental, and the great staff, I just couldn't leave. Pros: -FANTASTIC Staff: The staff was ready, willing, and able to help me with whatever I needed. Louis even gave me a ride to a pharmacy when I came down with some food/alcohol/sun poisoning. -Free Breakfast. Eggs, spam (I think), toast, juice, yogurt, coffee/tea. If you want more than that, you're just being greedy. -Free Motorbike. It’s the best way to travel in Phuket (assuming you don’t die). -Free Beach Towel. Comes in handy when you forget to pack one (like me). -Good location. You’re not exactly beach or Bangla front, but both are within 20 minutes walking distance, 5 minutes if you have a motorbike and a need for speed. -FANTASTIC Staff. For real. Cons: -The surrounding area can be a bit noisy; so can the other guests. -The wireless internet was a little spotty. I don’t know if Phuket Paradise Hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed at, but it certainly has the best staff I've ever encountered. Louis and his people run a tight ship over there. The Phuket Paradise Hotel has everything you will need during your stay in Patong Beach. Just be careful on that motorbike. I almost died 3 or 4 times.

Great Quiet Place in Patong”
I was very happy with my stay here. I had initially booked the smallest room without aircon and decided to upgrade. It was super easy to upgrade and they charged me the same price as what it was on Agoda once I arrived. My room was very quaint. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. I was very happy with the room and what I paid. It even included a balcony, a rather small balcony but still. The location is good. It's down from walking street and the craziness of Patong at night. So it's quiet. But they're just a very quick walk away. The staff was super nice and friendly. I got really drunk one night and misplaced my phone among other things. It was quiet a bad morning for me. And the staff really sympathized with me and helped me out. I was very thankful for them. I met the owner. She is very very cool. Super nice. I really enjoyed the open air first floor lobby. A lot of people hang out down there, have drinks, smoke and chill. There's a pool table. So if your'e a solo traveler you can meet some people. There's a 7 eleven half a block down the road. All in all my experience here was good. Patong is a very happening spot on Phuket. This is a nice, quiet place. I would stay here again for sure.

thank you for choose our hotel .I am glad to meet you . hope everthings well about you .
A nice place and location to stay in!”
I change to this Hotel because i'm very angry with Ansino Bukit Hotel located quite near Phuket Paradise Hotel, their management with really bad attidute towards guest, they charged us 500 baht extra for our friends to come in our hotel to discuss business overnight in our hotel... so we change to Phuket Paradise Hotel which able us to have friends coming in to hotel... Phuket Paradise Hotel is indeed a wonderful hotel with good management...

Delightful clean, new boutique hotel”
Loved staying at this small clean, comfortable, budget, modern, boutique air conditioned hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Loved breakfast in bed! Warm, friendly staff. Great value for money and glad we chose this hotel. Central Patong about 800 metres away with the big modern Jung Ceylon shopping centre there handy. Beach is a comfortable walk away. No elevator but the stairs were fine. Didn't use the free motorbike included in the price as we preferred to stay in one piece and enjoy the walks to the beach and nearby eateries, and shopping centre. Hotel manager friendly and helpful with advice on where to eat and things to do.

Nice hotel, good value for money”
The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were friendly. There is a nice lobby area on the ground floor where you can also chill out. The main disappointment - although not the hotel's fault - was that there were roadworks while we were there (Dec 13) which meant there was no footpath to walk on, massive holes etc... all the way up until Jungceylon Mall. We ended up getting scooters, but we did find a massive backlog of traffic on the street which leads to the hotel in the early evening. Overall the hotel was good for the price but would highly recommend checking with staff before booking if the road works have been completed as it was a nightmare if walking.

Great price, good location, helpful staff but not a perfect place”
I paid for the single room with a shared bathroom, but had to change it to a double room as soon as I saw the conditions - the air conditioning was noisy, sheets and towels super old, the door lock insecure, shared bathroom very dirty with cut hot water so that I had to shower with cold water. But when I moved to a new room, the facilities were great so I decided to stay in the hotel and not look for another option. Everything was great in the new room except the sheets which were smelling. The staff was extrenely helpful. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for me and guarded my bagguage until my departure. The hotel has a 24/7 desk, a nice balcony on the 5th floor with a great view, shops, massage places all around, beach in 10 min walk. Overall, I would surely recommend the hotel but not the single room with shared bathrom.

An average hotel with unexperienced staff ”
We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, the hotel itself is nice although a little bit far, it's around 800 meters from the jungceylon mall and the street is not quite walking friendly, and unfortunately not many taxi drivers now the street name (even though it's one of the main few streets in Phuket!!), when we arrived from the airport the driver dropped us off at a different hotel (Royal Paradise), I told him no this is not our hotel, he just said no no this is it just walk a little! Anyways, after 30 minutes of walking around we ended up taking another taxi to the Phuket Paradise, and paid an additional 200 baht. As I said the hotel itself is nice, and the rooms are good, although a little dirty (there were yellow spots on the bed sheets, I guess due to the breakfast in bed, and there was green mold on the bathroom ceiling) but the staff were very unexperienced and almost ruined our plans because of mischeduling our tours. Because of them we had to rearrange our tours twice and we wasted a lot of time. Also, I believe that they over charged us for the tours, because we saw that some travel agents offered cheaper prices.

Warm friendly staff”
Lovely clean budget boutique hotel that looks in reality exactly like the photos, even down to the detail of the Thai folded bath towels on the bed. Loved the breakfast trays in bed! Eggs, juice, tea/coffee, toast, fresh fruit. Walking distance to main shopping area and beach. Good Internet connection.

Excellent!”
1.) The room is very spacious with a private small corridor overlooking the city. The night view can be quite mesmerising. 2.) The curtains need to be changed. It would also be helpful if there is a printed list of tv programme to refer to. 3.) The two receptionists (the morning and late night shifts) are very friendly and helpful, so much so that we ended up talking about Thai dramas. 4.) The hotel is located some 15 minutes away from Bang La Soi area and Patong Beach. If you enjoy walking - just like I do - this should not be an issue.

Clean Hotel - small room - traffic noises”
Our flight was late and the pick up by the hotel from the airport didn´t work, so we had to take a minivan for 180 THB p.P. When we arrived, we were given a very nice and clean room, but for 2 people with bags it was a little bit to small (about 15 sqm). The location of the hotel was very close to the citycenter, so we could walk everywhere. Only the noises from the mainroad were very loud in the nighttime - The hotel is located in a side street, about 40m from one of the mainroads in patong. For people who don´t have problems with traffic noises it is an acceptable place to stay in.

Average hotel, good staff.”
A friendly owner and good staff are probably the main strengths of this small hotel. The location is ok, close to Jungceylon and Patongs grimy beating heart. The idea of breakfast in bed is a good one and contributes to the feeling that the owners are really trying hard to achieve good service and a welcoming atmosphere... But at the end of the day its another Patong guest house with basic, quite small rooms, good for a budget option if your usual haunts are booked.

Very good”
Decent hotel with basic facilities. No lift, just stairs. Something that I personally overlooked when booking the hotel. Accessible to most parts of Patong. I recommend renting a motorbike (across the hotel) for the trip to give ease in transportation. Basic amnesties provided.

Not bad”
The hotel is located not far from Patong beach. You can walk to go to the beach, but we rent a motor bike from the hotel for 300 baht so we can easily travel between places around Patong. You can rent for a car but since it's my first time there then a two wheel vehicle is the best choice. One of the staff is friendly as he gave us a lot of information, but the other man with long hair is not too friendly. Just in front of the hotel there's a seafood restaurant which serves very good food you must try if you stay here. There's a big Jungceylon shopping mall not for from the hotel you may also want to drop by. The room is small, with in-bed breakfast. I won't say the room is dirty but it's not really clean also. It's not easy to get to the airport from this hotel, or from Patong. The hotel staff mentioned there's a private bus to go to airport for 200 baht/person but it was full, so the staff recommend me for his friend to pick me up and drove us to airport for 600 baht. Pretty good deal as the other hotel staff mentioned it should cost us 800 baht.

Room not matching the one advertised on the internet”
I booked two nights in Phuket Paradise hotel, based on nice photos online i was expecting nice room, for which the price seemed to be reasonable. After I arrived to hotel, I got tiny room without wardrobe or proper table. Only bed, room was tiny as prison 2x3m maybe... after complaining and showing what i booked and what i received, manager tried to persuade me by showing me different picture of room, which had wardrobe inside... but in room I got there was no space for extra wardrobe.. Avoid this hotel, it's obvious scam and at the end you don't get what you paid for.

Great location, staff, and breakfast”
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 15 nights. You can choose what time you want your breakfast and they bring it to your room every morning! It was pretty good food too. Not a large room, but comfortable enough for 2. Great A/C. I highly recommend you get the room that comes with a free motorbike (that is, if you can ride one safely). It's a great price and very convenient to get around.
