This place is so lovely and the staff is so amazing and sweet, we had booked to stay else where but couldnt find it then stumbled upon this place and we are so happy we did! After a long day travelling the nice lad that booked us in ordered me a massage for within 15 minuets (200baht and highly recommended). Ordered some dinner and had it bought up into our room the food was amazing especially the tempura vegetables. The room was really nice and the softest bed I've come upon in a month of being here! Would really recommend this place 10/10!

Value for money”
Stayed 3 nights on 14th - 17th Feb 2019. The service and hospitality were great. The staffs are friendly. The hotel staff was very helpful in providing information on tour and transportation too. We had booked a trip to Doi Pumeun, Timothy was our local guide and driver, very caution and a safe one too. The trip focus on the local Lahu Village traditions and culture, picking of tea leaves and the process, were a great experience. We love everything in Phumanee Lahu Home Hotel. Great little hotel to roam around the region”
Very hospitable and knowledgeable owner about the Lahu community and the tea plantations. Recommend to do their half day trip to visit the village of Doi Pu Meun for a glimpse of local life of Lahu tribe (and for a very reasonnable price)

Very charming hotel”
The hotel is hilltribe themed. The staff is extremely friendly and the value for money is great. I've stayed there several times and I think I will book rooms again in the future.

As a Western traveler, sometimes low prices are a bit scary. Don't be scared here. This is a great place. The breakfast was spot on, and the rooms were very clean. Great showers and great air con. Can't beat the value. Great place to stay

Good clean room, lumpy bed”
This is a good quest house with a pleasant atmosphere. Pros: friendly staff and good restaurant. Cons: the bed is uncomfortable to me. It's lumpy and a bit hard to my liking. I'm picky about beds and if you're not, it shouldn't be a problem.

there is a disturbing noise in this hotel. probably a high-frequency noise from a water pump. very clearly audible in the room. something the hotel really needs to improve.

The hotel good but we had room on the side which was noisy with the traffic, however when I mentioned it to the owner she moved us around the back, we would come again. Food in the restaurant good.

No care given”
Run down, old hotel with little to no care given. I can look past the older style but rubbish bin not emptied in room, the TV didn't work (it turned on, no channels), one of the sliding doors was broken, the bed wasn't the right size for the base and the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn't work. To rub insult to injury the included breakfast was two eggs, one tiny sausage and two hardly toasted pieces of bread and they then charged us extra for the coffee. The only thing going for it is the location.

We booked family room which is designed well but the floor is very dirty with dirt and there is no TV in the room. I found it not worth the money I spent.

Great value for money hotel”
After a 300km road trip from Pai to Doi Ang Khang and then to Fang, my girlfriend and I were very appreciative of the large room that Phumanee has kindly provided us to stay for the night. Very spacious room and a very quick drive to Fang city for some awesome street food. Will stay at Phumanee again if I ever visit Fang again

Extra special service”
we arrived at phumanee rather late one evening and were told that the hotel was full, despite the fact that we had a reservation number (through agoda). the staff felt absolutely terrible about this mistake and proceeded to bend over backwards to help us, including giving us a free dinner at their hotel restaurant, driving us to another hotel (where they had secured us a room), picking us up the next morning to take us back to phumanee for breakfast, then driving us to the bus for the next leg of our journey. all this done by the owner of the hotel, who was so warm and wonderful and spoke rather good english. it was one of the highlights of our trip so far.

As always, I like staying at the Phumanee Hotel with my visits to Fang. Hotel is run by the Lahu HIll tribe in area. Every-time I stay at this hotel there are one or more improvements.

I liked my stay”
I stayed here for one night while doing the Golden Triangle loop on motorbike. It was quiet but I enjoyed my stay. It might not be the most modern or cleanest hotel, but I thought it was quite good. The staff is very friendly and always smiling, the room is fine with a good hot shower, a balcony and free wifi. You can park your motorbike or car and the hotel is right around the corner of the main street in Fang, walking distance to some very good streetfood in the evening. I liked Fang, a nice little thai town, and this place is fine for a stopover.
