Exactly what you pay for”

We stayed here for 1 night while traveling to Can Tho to see the Cai Rang Floating Market. It's definitely not a touristity hotel, nor did it seem accustomed to hosting westerners. The staff was friendly, but spoke limited English. The location was on a main street, still within walking distance to many cafes and shops, but a bit far from the river front where most of the tourists seemed to gather. The room was clean enough for a 1 night stay with very basic ammenities. The breakfast buffet was quite large, with mostly asian-style breakfast foods. If you need a place to crash while you are passing through this town, I'd recommend it. If you are looking for luxury accomodations for a longer stay, you would be more comfortable elsewhere.

But I was upset the 1st day of check-in. The hotel staff wanted to keep my passport until the check-out. He said it was the rule required by the police... I got this only one experience in 2000, not in 2019... Only this hotel asked me that in Vietnam... I still don’t understand... Because of that, I was not really happy to stay there, even for 1 night...

We booked here in a hurry and then later realised it was in the wrong city. Because ti was the day we were meant to arrive Agoda would not provide any refund. Agoda has emailed me four times asking for a review of this place even though I emailed them saying we did not stay.

I booked 2 room for my friend afterthey said china peopels pay more after that I paid 600.000vnd before I booked the room they doesnt say about that but when I confirm with hotel they said must to pay extra so I must to pay extra more because I have no chose becarefull when you book this hotel I sure 200% what I said
