              Not a good experience...”

              Booked the suite and the room is nice and big... The staff is friendly and helpful...a McD right at the entrance at the main road... Everything is fairly clean... The price paid for the room is very cheap... Has a living room plus a bedroom...2 t.v though the one in the room is the old CRT type .. But... Furniture dated and need updating ... Mattress is old though not uncomfortable...The door doesn't fit correctly so everything people say outside the room can be heard inside (they can hear us too I guess)... The traffic directly outside on the main road is quite bad but not at a deal breaker level... The mosque is right next door, so rooms facing the main road can get very loud at prayer times... Overall... For the price, it's a fair accommodation... Would be my second or third choice when I'm in Jakarta. Update ... Holy crap... What an update... I took a nap and woke up with bedbug bites all over... Called the reception and they changed a room for me... Upon inspection, the second room also has bedbugs... The third room they gave me was better... No actual sighting of bedbugs... The staff went out to buy medical alcohol to ease my bites which was nice of them... This room was ok but this toilet was designed by a genius (or a very short person)... Had to do my number 2s in the common toilet outside...(toilet faces wall that's too close so my knees prevented me from sitting on the toilet...)... On the second day, the door latch broke and unable to open the toilet door and they fixed it by removing the latch... Only commendation is how willing the staff was to help me... Other than that... I won't ever return to this hotel... I'm still itching all over though the alcohol spray seems to help a lot.... But once is enough... Should give minus 2 stars but the staff earned 3 stars back for the hotel ... Still... Maximum of one star...

              Saya mendapatkan harga promo yang murah sekali jika dibandingkan dengan kamarnya yang ternyata luas sekali. Akan tetapi di paket harga tidak termasuk sarapan, jadi tidak bisa mencoba rasanya. Untuk internet, saya memakai paket internet sendiri, jadi tidak mengetahui kecepatan wifi di hotel ini. Hotelnya sendiri adalah hotel lama tapi kamarnya masih terawat dengan baik, air panas berfungsi dengan baik. Tersedia air mineral kemasan di kamar. Kamar yang saya tempati adalah non smooking room tapi masih terasa aroma asap rokok (ringan). Mungkin karena tamu-tamu sebelumnya merokok di balkon kamar. Untuk lokasi menuju ke sana sayangnya harus melewati Pasar Palmerah yang macet sekali. Akan menyenangkan untuk kembali menginap di sini.

              Saya menginap 2d1n . Pertama kali datang ke receptionist untuk konfirmasi check-in lebih awal pelayanannya kurang baik karena pada saat saya tanya saya tidak mendapat jawaban yang pasti seolah malah saling menyalahkan dengan staf yg lainnya . Untuk kebersihan kamar lebih di tingkatkan lagi karena sprei ada noda dan bedcover terlihat bolong karena bekas bara rokok.
