I have made my reservation through Agoda which gave me a small discount. When I arrived they showed me my room... To me it was a dog house, it smelled of fungus the furniture looked like it went through war, the floor very slippery, no water pressure I wanted the room that was showed on my reservation but they told me for the price I paid this is what I get... Unfortunately it was to late in the evening or else I would of reserved else where

we were pleasantly surprised by this place. its a small family-run resort. the "rooms" are 2-story cottages with an upstairs and downstairs room. the upstairs rooms seem rarely used, as we found spiders and webs, so we moved to a downstairs room that was very nice. the room was clean and relatively modern. what we liked most was the privacy. all rooms are surrounded by trees and bushes, which adds to the quiet peacefulness. its a small resort with only 15-20 rooms. in the morning, we had a chance to walk the grounds and we found some amazing gardens and ponds. we've stayed in a few of the 4-5 star hotels in korat but i liked this much better - especially since the price was low. if you just want a simple and clean place to rest, i think you will like this place. they have wifi, although we did not test it while we were there.

Wonderful staff”
We arrived very late, around 10pm. We called and told them we would arrive late. When we finally arrived, a sweet woman, carrying her sleeping infant child, showed us to our beautiful room. In the morning when we departed we simply handed the key to a staff member and left. The hotel, and rooms were wonderful. I will definitely stay here again, when passing through the town.

Hard to find a receptionist/ front desk worker. It was 7pm and the place looked very dark and couldn’t find anyone. The phone number using google is wrong. I had to go on their Facebook page. Didn’t look very inviting but once I got my room it wasn’t bad. Good air conditioner nice bed and pillow. Best part was they had breakfast included and not a lot of Thai Hotels have breakfast included unless you pay more money. The lady delivered the breakfast to our room as well. How sweet!

For the price we paid I was more than happy. Even when our shower wasn't quite working the staff opened up a room that was even nicer. Would suggest having a motorbike rented due to its location. No food that we could see was on offer. but large markets nearby. a downside was there was on English tv for when we wanted to relax in the room. despite what the ad said.

bit hard to find hotel, & receciption difficult to locate, shown to our room, told us he would be back to register our stay never came back,room & bath room clean & tidy. kiddie blankets on bed a bit unusual,staff in general were friendly (allowed me to use office computer to send e-mail to next nights stay)2 maltese dogs on site 1 friendly 1 "not".

we ate in the hotel i had the worst steak that i have ever had and my wife (thai and can eat just about anything) could not eat her meal. we had to eat in the garden because the only inside room was ocupied with a kids party. i had abour 15 mozzy bites and my wife had about 8. first and last time in piyapruk resort and mistake house

Nice gardens and help full staff ”
Soi 21 not listed on iPad maps, no security at night that we could see, we have a car so getting out to buy things was not a problem, restaurant not open morning or night so brought breakfast on the way out only instant coffee available make your self!!!!! Wrong place for this old thai style resort should be up in the foot hills, over priced for just the room.

a little far from the city but surrounded by a beautyful garden, rooms with AC , TV quite big. Breakfast asian or american was good and staff is polite and friendly. You need a car to arrive there and maybe ask for directions. The manager is a foreigners so speak english is not a problem.

Nice little place to stay if you're in the area”
only stayed here one night but was a nice little place set in some nice garden surroundings - and the price was good too. no negatives to speak of although it was a little hard to find in the dark as its set back from the main road down a little road and a little out of the way....so get directions before setting off!

Nice hotel, lovely room”
Arrived at hotel late evening. I was taken to room, which was very big and high standard furnishings. The hotel is furnidhed to a very high level. Gardens, entrance, stirway were all very nice. Hotel staff were very nice also. It is about 15 minute wasl to night bazaar/maket and is a little out of the way if do not have a car.

nice privately runned old style hotel”
this family hotel is just off the main road and has great atmosphere. it looks more like a huge private villa, than a hotel. It is well decorated and clean. we only had american breakfast which was enough for both of us The nearby evening market is on walking distance and has many great offers. clothes, watches, telephones and food. everything is far more cheap than in Bangkok ;)

A little hidden and deserted”
Beside the impressive wood carvings and the beautiful design the hotel was lifeless when we arrived in the early evening. The taxi had trouble to find it and there was no one at the reception - no phone in the room and the rooms are much smaller than they look on the pictures. On the other hand, we had the priviledge to get to know the owner later in the evening who was very friendly and helpful and offered to take us with him on his way to Pak Chong the next day and to the national park.

Comfortable, peaceful and quiet”
Enjoyable and relaxing but completely out of the way and easy to miss. Getting there involved a drive through a huge cement wrks in the dark and finding the hotel was a little confusing. However once we got there it was very pleasant and relaxing; pleasant grounds and staff. We were a little disappointed there was no food available when we arrived on Friday night.

Quiet and good environment”
It is good for relaxation. The room is just nice and clean. The location is good if you need privacy. It is not in the town but not far away from the town. The problem here is that they do not have food available even the name is called stake house. However, they also have fitness room but I did not use it.
