Absolutely fantastic”
Without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed in London. Every member of staff were incredibly accommodating, professional and friendly, especially Giovanni (front of house) who upgraded us to a riverview suite because there were no suites ready when we first arrived (which was 9am). He took our moble number and called when the suite was available, outstanding service, can't wait to go back.

We were here on our honeymoon - and they sure treated us right-it was the most beautiful room ever! Huge room fully automated -with a balcony terrace and views of parliament and the London eye! Couldn’t ask for anything better

Great Stay”
Hi, I recommend this place to most of travelers. You will have to walk to the Vauxhall station for few minutes then you have all London under your reach. The place is clean, nice, has a great view on the river. The studio I had has a washing machine, dish washer, kitchenette, microwave and oven. It is spacious and the staff is friendly.

Nice hotel, lovely view, but housekeeping has LOTS TO IMPROVE ON”
Pros: Reservations team was responsive & helpful prior to arrival on clarifications and requests. Check-in / out was fairly quick. Room view was superb and amenities were fairly decent. Guest service & room service team was quick and efficient. Cons: Housekeeping was sloppy and lack of better word - lazy. Coffee/tea supplies were never replenished until we requested. And the housekeeping line was perpetually (ALWAYS) on an engaged tone. You will have to get to the Gueat services/reception to request for housekeeping matters. Daily clean up was minimal (only replenishment of towels, clearing of trash and making up bed. Floors were not vacuumed, and nothing else we arranged/refilled nor done up. The kitchenette sink was clogged but it was never rectified until we left.

Room Preparations from my arrival”
I was disappointed that the room was not set up to accommodate are needs. Booked for three adults so the couch bed would be required, but no linen was initially provided. What made things worse is that I didn't realize it until 2300. Oh yeah, the other shortfall was only two bath towels were provided. Using a hand towel wasn't fun. As I said from the beginning, the room should have been prepped to accommodate three adults as reserved for.

Pros for this hotel is it's beautiful . Located right on the river with city views. The best rooms are higher up with river view. Very hip modern nice bar. They offer an executive breakfast for 25 pounds per person which is not worth it! Hotel is ok located as for site seeing, had to use the tube to go everywhere. The major cons abd why I wouldn't return, the housecleaning was awful. They never replaced dishes such as coffee mugs or wine glasses. They just rinsed them and placed them back which still appeared with residue. Towels left on the ground for replacement were refolded as new. Trash left for disposal was just left. Toilet paper and Kleenex went empty with no replacement left, had to callti get more. Sheets were never changed. Bed just remade over 4 days. Counters and floor barely wiped down if at all. At the end of my stay I spoke with a manager I believe Kristina , whose. Response was sorry to hear have a good day. .

Excellent location, reasonable room size, amazing room amenities. Well Connected with public transportation system ( pus and underground station). All the staff members were nice and professional Except for the staff in the reception. Although I was the only guest during the check in and out, the blunt way of treatment was the only negative point in the hotel.

First time in London”
This hotel has three overwhelming plusses: view, location, and staff. The view of Parliament and the Thames is outstanding. The location is convenient to bus stops or walking to sights along with a range of pubs and restaurants. The staff was particularly pleasant, helpful, and informative. While the room was small it was spectacular with the latest amenities. We would stay here again.

Slightly upscaled version of the 4* in the same building...”
Shares the same space with the 4* Park Plaza meaning you get an upgraded room with a view but otherwise the same amenities as the other hotel, meaning the gym and especially the breakfast were not 5-star quality. The room was nice and modern with an excellent bed. The breakfast room was crowded with a quality average for a 4-star offering. With the current setup, you might save the extra cost by booking at the Park Plaza instead.

I have stayed before at this hotel before booking direct with the hotel but this time i used Agoda. The apartment was very nice but not as good. I was told it was because I did not book direct, breakfast was ok but nothing special. Would stay again if I booked direct.

Stayed here Mid Jan 2010. Amazing hotel. WIll definately go back. This place is not to be missed. Stayed in a riverview suite with balcony. definately worth the extra money. Love it. You will not be disappointed.
