Calm, nice resort during Covid-19 requirements policy”
Plus 1. Staffs at the front desk especially Khun „Toi“ are very friendly and helpful. Toi tried to fulfill all your requirements and solve the problems. 2. Room is clean and spacious, a plus point is a small kitchen with an additional bigger size refrigerator and a microwave. 3. Price during Covid 19 is extremely reasonable. 4. The swimming pool is clean and not crowded. It is excellent for sport swimmer like me. Minus 1. Room is dated 2. Used coffee cups and glasses were not washed or changed by cleaning ladies.

I was very pleased about the value for money staying in this resort. Although the rooms are quite simple, and not really any hot water, they are big and there is a balcony, kitchen and TV with many English channels. The pool was amazing with comfy sun loungers. It’s a deep pool with a jacuzzi and about 20m long. The staff went out of their way to help me. One guy took me in the pouring rain on his bike to the bus station - thank you! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is aged but their maintenance is very good. Room is in good size and bed is comfortable. there's 24/7 mini mart in front of the hotel, so very convenience. The pool is nice and have a lot of lounging area

We got a room beside the pool, but when at night it seem too dark. Please develop to have lighting around your center area, especially at your swimming pool. For breakfast, I think taste is good,but no many choice to choose.

We enjoyed our stay at the pool side villa very much. When we were there the place was almost empty. The restaurant was not open for so few guests but it was not an issue for us.

Great price but compromise”
The room is very big. There is a fairly well equipped kitchen. Balcony with seats. The pool is great for swimming (probably my favourite pool in Pattaya). The staff are very nice and quick to try to resolve problems. Overall value for money is great. You won't find a location with kitchen for 25 dollars anywhere else. But, and there are a couple of large buts: There's an odd smell both in the room and the pool area. It's an older place but I couldn't figure out what the slightly sulfur/musty smell was. I had no hot water. I didn't really want to shower it was so cold so having a bath in the room was pointless. If you're an athlete that wants an ice bath maybe? The internet is very patchy and not great. You cannot move freely with your device. You need to find a spot. It's hotspot style to where you constantly have to web sign in when you get disconnected. I would go back if I want a kitchen, nice pool and want to stay cheaply. But it won't become my favourite in Pattaya.

Very nice hotel and perfect staff”
We first got into our rooms and experienced some issues with hot water. It was also quite noisy, the building next to our rooms was being renovated. We asked if we could change our rooms to get a place more quiet with a working hot shower. The staff listened to us attentively and upgraded us for free in bigger rooms, on a quite side. Very nice stay. Rooms with kitchenette and bathtub. Perfect staff. I recommend, thank you.
