Staff esp Ms Thu was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. Want to especially commend a young man who prepared an early takeaway breakfast, even though it was half an hour before breakast time, and he did it beautifully. Kudos to the staff! If there were cutlery utensils in my service apartment, I would have give 6-stars! Thank you for making my stay a comfortable and enjoyable one!

From the time I arrived at the hotel to the time I checked out, all the staff were friendly. In particular, I was satisfied with the breakfast box I asked for to leave the hotel to play golf at 6:20 am, an early hour, and the request I made on the last day was perfectly fulfilled. However, it was regrettable that we could not use the safety box in one room. Even at The Bloom Hanoi, where I stayed last month, the staff couldn't learn how to use it, and it was the same this time. Thank you to all the hotel staff.
