Toilet dirty, water heater not really working, towel not so clean and quite smelly and yellowish, bedsheet and pillow smelly and yellowish, bathroom ceiling leaking and looks like haunted hotel in the movie. Surprisingly, the air cond functioned well, which usually hotel like this, air con was the main problem. Despite all the weakness, the staff are really friendly and helpful! Kudos to them!

New, Hip Hotel in Yogyakarta”
It was our first ever stay at this hotel and we booked online. We weren't sure of the exact location as we haven't been to the city as well prior to our stay. We were impressed though with the features as described in the website as well as the 2 reviews from those who have already tried staying in Pose In, Yogyakarta. And true enough, the hotel is impressive with its new and hip concept, and more importantly, its friendly and helpful staff. I will consider this also as an appropriate hotel for business travellers but if the hotel's management will pursue this market segment, a complimentary WiFi access in the accomodation rooms will be a plus (currently, it offers complimentary use only at the hotel lobby ... charges will apply when accessed inside the room). Overall, I would say the hotel offers good value for the moeny spent.

i was browsing for hotels in jogja when suddenly pose-in caught my attention. viewing the pictures, i decided to spend my night in pose-in. and the pictures did not lie. i got a room such as what i saw in the pictures. clean, tidy and comfy room, there is even spare spaces in room for other activities. i felt glad that i have chosen to spend my night in pose-in. i like the room very much. and when i asked the officer about how to get to the airport, they even offered us free transportation from the hotel. wow! that's great! i will return to pose-in for sure!

Clean fungctiional hotel, center-south Yogyakarta”
Pose In is a new hotel in Yogyakarta (as mentioned by agoda), located at Mayjen (major general)Sutoyo street (big street), and around 30 minutes by becak to the central shopping center (Malioboro)or 10 minutes by taxi. Its design is minimalist and all the necessary equipment are in good condition (AC, hot-cold water in bathroom, TV, water boiler), no hair-dryer. I complained only about the AC which directly blows towards the bed. Staff are very kind and helpful:they give directions and other information needed. Ask for the upper floor (it has only ground and upper floor)so you will have some view. Breakfast is just okay (fried rice, noodles, bread). Next to the hotel there are three restaurants (fried fish/chicken etc) and a bank is across the street.

I stayed in a nice,clean and big room at a very low price. The location is only 10 minutes by taxi to the city centre of yogyakarta or to the Sultan Palace, where most of the attraction of the City of Yogyakarta has to offer. Breakfast at the hotel with a delicious indonesian food as well as continental breakfast.

i bring my family for vacation in yogyakarta and stayed in this hotel. the hotel was pretty new. this is not the big hotel and can be categorized as budget hotel. however, the room is cleam and nice. the location of the hotel is also close to the center of the city. near keraton, king palace. we love the service as well.

Lovely boutique hotel near the Jogja Sultan Palace”
I only stayed for 1 night at Pose In Hotel. During my short stay I found that this new boutique hotel has done a great job in creating a comfortably and cozy room. It is in decent size with good amenity. The hotel's staff are friendly and helpful and they are able to provide recommendations on what the city of Jogja has to offer.

Pose In is well located not far from the Kraton and the restaurant-laden Prawirotaman area. Excellent value, good buffet breakfast, very clean. A long walk from Malioboro St (shopping) area but a taxi is only 15000-20000 Rp.
