We came in group of 06 people and really didn't have high expectations of the room, as it came with cheap price thanks to promotion. But, this hotel was a big highlight of our trip. 1. Room is spacious and clean. There is no view though because our room was on floor 1, but we got a small balcony with table and chairs to sit back and chill. 2. Bathroom is also bigger than most of hotels we used to stay. Facilities look modern and fully stocked (it's a plus that they prepared hair dryer). However, we would recommend hand wash should be available in the bathroom. 3. Receptionists are friendly and polite. Although at the beginning we had a special request to modify the room, it was cancelled at last minute by us due to unfortunate events. However, the receptionist still kindly supported without any extra charge.

THE HOTEL IS NEW AND CLEAN. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY HELPFUL, SHE GAVE US A FREE UPGRADE TO A BIGGER ROOM WITH 3 BEDS WHEN SHE RECOGNIZED THAT MY SONS IS QUITE BIG.

I've been here for two days with my parents for holidays. I felt good staying here, clean and tidy room, good service. The parking area is quite small but still good with enough space. Nothing else to concern from my perspective.

Room for Improvent”
The room was clean. Clean linen and bed. The bathroom was clean but did have a sewerage smell to it. I think this hotel has some drainage problems. The fridge was not plugged in when I arrived, however I quickly realised that this was because it did not work. Air conditioner turns off when you remove your card upon leaving the room and for some reason the card holder for power will only accept your room key card (ask for 2 key cards if you would like to return to a cool room). I did not try the restaurant as it was empty at all times (never a good sign in Vietnam).

Our room was on the first floor & faced with the street. It was hot in the afternoon when the sunlight went through the room. However, the room is clean & comfortable enough for 06 people. We weren't really happy with the toilet which wasn't well soundproof when we can hear the voice from the next one. There was an air supply but no exhaust fan in WC then it smelled bad after someone used it. It took few minutes for the smell flow away.

Mình hoàn toàn đánh giá cao khách sạn! Khách sạn đáp đã đáp ứng đủ mọi kỳ vọng. Phòng sạch sẽ và thoải mái, các chị tiếp tân rất thân thiện và hết lòng hỗ trợ. Cơ sở vật chất đều còn mới và ở trung tâm TP nên rất gần với mọi địa điểm tham quan ăn uống. Mình đã ở hai lần và rất hài lòng với cả hai lần. I was so pleased with my stay at Prauge Hotel Vung Tau. Everything about the hotel was top-notch and met all of my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again the next time I'm in town.
