Exceptional”
We stay in this hotel due to our last minute travel plan and other hotels at that area mostly fully booked . Though the hotel design is a bit old style but Surprisingly it has a very spacious room and the room equip with universal power plug , the bath is nicely design and the room is carpeted that enhance the cozy feel in the room . The room is well maintained too . The location of this hotel is very near to boutiques area and plentiful of eatery around there . We had a pleasant stay there .

Excellent Service and Clean & Quiet Hotel”
I wanted to change hotels in Bangkok as the usual hotel I stayed at had gone downhill. After reading reviews on Agoda I decided on The Pratunam Park Hotel. We stayed in a Deluxe room and it was spotless. The rooms are a little tired but I was told by the Room Manager Ornuma, who speaks English well told me they are renovating the rooms starting in October. On our second night, my partner was craving somtam or papaya salad. There is street vendors close to the hotel which is very handy. After buying some Isaan food we walked into the hotel and were told we could eat the dinner in the restaurant. We used their plates and cutlery all free of charge. Having the large bath in the room was great, soaking after a day of walking and non-stop shopping was great. On our floor, the 11th it was very quiet. We couldn’t hear the sound of anything going on outside. No revving tuk-tuks, motorbikes or taxis tooting horns. I look forward to returning there in October for another few days and also next year after renovations are completed.

Lovely hotel in shopping area, spacious room”
This was a very nice hotel within the shopping district of Bangkok. The staff were all friendly and polite, greeting you with a smile. The room was very spacious with comfortable armchairs for sitting. A delightful breakfast was served and having returned to stay two days later, I found the breakfast selection varied slightly. Internet access was not always connected which might cause some visitors concern. I found the bed to be comfortable and having stayed on the 9th floor, it was very quiet. There were large windows which provided a reasonable view of the area. There was an in-room safe, perfect for those valuables while out walking and the bathroom even had a bathtub with shower. The staff gave information on sightseeing and hailed taxis or tuk-tuks to your liking, conversing with drivers for price. The street at the entrance of the hotel is only narrow, as are many, and with the busy traffic flow in Bangkok, this does become quite 'bumper-to-bumper' during peak times, which can seem to be very often. You get where you need to in the end. This hotel is a walkable distance from the river taxi service (cheap too) to get you to different areas for sightseeing. (Don't be fooled by those who stop you saying the service stops at noon and that you're better to take a long boat down the main canal!) This location is ideal for shoppers with many plazas, malls and roadside markets around. Overall a lovely experience at this hotel. Tip: Complimentary bottles of water (glass ones) are refilled, although you're not made aware of this, so you may be inclined to throw the bottles as I did.

feeling great to stay in this hotel staff is super friendly they don show u any temper even u are not satisfy with their service. but overall good hotel to stay at is huge room and little small tv but soon it gonna upgrade le. heard they are renovating from june onward will install fiber internet large tv bed change but i don't know how true it is, ley wait and see how pratunam park transform into haha

Excellent location friendly staff”
the main strong point is definitely the hotel location just a few minutes walk from pratunam market and other incredible shopping malls such as central world, pantip plaza and many others. if you miss intense city activity this is where you need to go. the access from the airport can be conveniently achieved with the airport link (only thb per person one way trip) and it is only a short ride by took took or taxi to the hotel. hotel is a bit old but clean though. ths is the first time in my life i have to deal with water taps in the bathroom that you need to turn anti clockwise to get the water running! but the staff was friendly and very helpful so this is definitely the main point

Good hotel - Best in service”
The location is good at the center of Pratunam. It is very easy to walk around in the area or to Pantip Plaza. The hotel itself is considered new and clean. The food is okay. The price is reasonable. The best part is the people and service. Hotel reception and owner take care of their guests very well. They are good travel consultants and are capable of providing extra service i.e. Van service, short tour, event etc. All in all, I'm very happy to stay here.

very very helpful and polite staff. loved my stay at pratunam park!the location is the best part. it is just seconds away from the shopping area and variety of food also available. they are going to get the rooms renovated which is badly needed. also try the hotel restaurant its good. would like to thank the staff for their hospitality. especially ornuma very kind lady always smiling day or night!

Staff were very nice and helpful. rooms were big and convenient.the hotel seems quite old though.the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.just walking distance to the pratunam market and platinum fashion mall.this is definitely the hotel to stay for those who are into shopping.

Not as promised”
let me say first i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. my wife and i booked the pratunam park hotel because of the area it was located and the amenities. the price was decent, and had what we were looking for in the listing. amenities. the hotel is very rundown. we parked in the parking garage, and the elevator was not in service. my wife and i walked down 3 ramps of a poorly lit garage to the lobby. asking when the elevator would be in service the front desk girl replied "oh, we have had people steal things and take them through the elevator to the parking garage so it won't be in service." i've never heard anything so bizarre. room. the room was older style. carpet floor like an old las vegas casino. when turning on the bathtub water it came out rust colored for the first minute. then it cleared out and was ok after that. there is a small minibar fridge. all the outlets are only 2 prong, so make sure if you have anything 3 prong to bring an adapter. the hotel will also provide an adapter free of charge. location. it is indeed in a decent location in bangkok. however the actual street the hotel is on is not a friendly or safe street. in all my travels to bangkok i have never seen gangs of young men waiting around or people causing problems in the street like i have in front of this hotel. it did not make my wife or me want to venture out of the hotel to walk. in short, there are plenty of other hotels to stay at that are in the price range and much better. i would personally recommend centre pointe that is on the same street. hope you find this helpful and it saves the headache we went through.

Helpful staff and great location”
The hotel location is about less than 5 min walk from Baiyoke Sky Hotel. There is a 7-11 store just opposit the hotel which is very convenient and alot of street food (you are adventureours in trying). There are night market around the hotel and during the day plenty of shopping in the Pratunam area. However, the hotel furnish is a bit old but the staff is friendly in giving advice. the porter is very friendly in helping with our shopping bags too.the breakfast spread could improve with more variety though. Overall, for the price I paid, I would think it is value for money.

Good location with spacious room”
the hotel is in a very good location with good eateries around and the room is very clean. is walking diatance to the shopping areas. mbk is a bit further about 2 km or 30 minutes walk. they have a very good reception (always smiling) who are able to speak engish and give valuable advice. there is also travel advisory on the do and don't in bangkok in the hotel room.

frankly, i stay at this hotel as there is flood in my house. the hotel gives extra discount for those who are suffering from the flood. it's in the middle of inexpensive shopping area, pratunam. it's also just a minute walk to the tallest building of thailand, baiyok. the hotel is clean.

Average Hotel With Smelly Carpet in the Room”
pratunam park is a large hotel with an average. its located in the heart of pratunam market, few minutes walk from pantip plaza (computer center), minutes away from platinum fashion mall, central world, big c and many more shopping malls. though the hotel was ok, i disliked the smelly carpet in the room. an average buffet breakfast was there but it wasn't satisfactory. looks like they have vacant rooms always. so, its a good place for walk in guests.

Parathunam park hotel rates are very high because lot of hotels are there near parathunam park , in parathunam can get hotels between 900 to 1800 bath better then parathunam park , the hotel rates are too high comparing other hotels in parathunam so center point also 2000 bath ,so that I believe hotel service must be higher then this

Comfortable at home feel. ”
We were pleasantly happy with the location of the hotel. It was accessible to themajoy shopping malls and just a street across, there were a wide variety of street stall food. I enjoyed the feast of local street stalls food. As for the hotel's buffet breakfast, I loved the bacon wrapped in hotdog dish. I also like the pha thai served by the hotel. There were some lacking lapses e.g. there were no boiling kettle in the room. But other than that, the hotel reception staff was superb. There is a tall and chubby honest looking bellboy. He is a reliable chap. DO tip him well.

really good location, though just a minute walk away from the busy pratunam market, hotel surronding is quiet. the bad thing about this hotel is that it is always poorly lighted at night, conserve energy maybe? →_→ overall, staff were friendly, but i guess i wont be staying here again given the money i paid.

It is good hotel and nice. near the market , so at all it is good , it have'nt computer , but have lan , so no problem for me becasue I have my laptop, the staf is very helpfull , large room , but maybe the price is little high.
