Excellent value for money ”
Modern rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of food choices We lost the room key. What surprised me was the charge of 200,000 VNĐ for it. Typically the key is almost worthless. Western hotels would not charge anything for lost key. This was my only complaint. The hotel is under going upgrades at the front walkway. It would be good to provide a wide enough bridge to the hotel from the street.

As far as I know this hotel consists qualities of one of the best 4 stars hotels. It has a worthy view to point directly out to the ocean landscape 9/10 for the view , the service and facilities would be an 8 and 6.8/10 for the food .

A Quick Weekend Escape”
The initial process of checking in was quite alright, although I believe it could have been a much more streamlined experience. The location of the hotel made it pretty accessible to the beach which was right in front of the property, and you had convenient stores along the same stretch of road which made it so much more convenient for late night hunger cravings. The room that I got (King Premier Suite Sea View) was just amazing with a splendid view of the ocean and truth be told it was definitely what I needed on this escape from the city life. Overall, the experience was great. I just wished that the customer service assistance overall was better. However, I did come at a time where there were many people so I guess they were just a little flustered. Final words - Would definitely come back.

The hotel is located from a walking distance to the Statue of Jesus ( a must see, as the park surrounding it is very pretty too), the tiny island where the Hon Ba Temple is., as well as the Imperial Hotel ( great place to go for a drink or for high tea, and there is a great seafood restaurant in front of it. The included breakfast was good and varied. Exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are not particularly big but very clean. We had an geat ocean view. I would definitely go back.
