Fantastic Stay”
We stayed for only 1 day and wish we had booked for longer. Great property with one of the best beaches of Phu Quoc and clear emerald water. Check in was smooth and fast. They gave us great rooms on top floor with sea view. Right from the staff at reception, the manager who was so proactive and the restaurant staff all ever smiling and courteous. Rooms were good with a balcony. Breakfast spread was huge and very tasty. Two of us are vegetarians and we had plenty to choose from. We had not booked with airport drop yet the hotel provided us with a complementary drop to airport Honestly loved my stay and i would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone.

We have had a wonderful week at Premier Residences @ Phu Quoc. The place is in a quiet cove with a gorgeous white sand beach and breathtaking sunrise. The staff were very friendly, courteous and accommodating. We were pleased with Ms. Huyen of the Front desk team, who was very helpful with all our needs. Special compliment to chef Can for delicious pastry, especially the sourdough baguette. The facilities are generally well kept and clean. The pool(s) is fantastic with tree shaded pool sides. The beach is overall kept clean but the tide will occasionally bring in detritus. A note to the management; perhaps better lighting at night for the access paths especially the stairway going to the club house between block B & C, worse when raining (best would be a cover path or direct access). We definitely will stay at this place if we are in Phu Quoc next time.

I booked this resort at last minute but it is a pleasant experience. The beach and resort are all beautiful and services are top, just a minus point that I have to wait couple of hours for room arranging on my first day of arrival.

The hotel located in the beautiful beach of Phu Quoc. The hotel facility is nice, clean and modern. Their staffs are friendly and enthusiastic to help at any time, they come to check if any assistance needed or offer to help beyond ask. Wonderfully beautiful hotel, with an amazing breakfast ! Staff was helpful even though most of them could not speak english. One thing that we didn’t like is the odd smell in the room, humidity maybe? Also, we stayed during the rainy season so the beach and the environment wasn’t at the best ! There is not much around the hotel, no restaurants or shops.. so we ate at the hotel : good meals but pricey! Overall, we enjoyed the good service and the beautiful design of the hotel

This was our third hotel in Phu Quoc and our absolute favourite! If you are looking for a place that has everything.. this is it! Only feedback I would give is that it is unclear what the room view options are when booking and also the hotel policy which doesn’t allow external food and drink is not clear when booking. But would definitely recommend!

Best place for family with young kids”
We stayed in a 3BR studio with pool. Very close to the beach, pools and other facilities. Staff are well trained and very polite. Definitely recommended to family with young kids.

We traveled a lot with my husband but this was the best resort ever. Absolutely amazing breakfast, swimming pools reminding terraced rice fields, perfect gym and great workshops and activities. You can not miss saturday pool bubble party, it was awesome.

Very clean, nice, simple interior. Professional and friendly, helpful staff. Thanks to Mr. Giao bell man for helping to arrange shuttle bus for us to get to the airport on time! Breakfast was great and so were the beach and the pools, they offer kayaking and hammocks too.

Nice private clean beach with free kayaks and puddle boards provided by hotel! Awesome stuff, always smile. Very large pool with different depths, the deepest 1.7m is my favorite, loved swimming in night pool which is until 19:00!

if you only book one place in your life book your stay here.”
We have just finished up a 4 day stay here and have nothing but the best things to report and say about this property, its staff, the facilities and all round location. it is a little far away from the centre of town but to be honest the break from the city is a welcome reprieve the pools here are amazing they have about 3-4 bars all with amazing coctails the food is great. You can rent a scooter and explore the island at your own pace - for those who are concerned about driving a scooter in the crazy trafice please rest assured that this island traffic is nothing like the big city we had never ridden a scooter before and i took a drive around the block and then was driving both my wife and i in no time at all - dont be affraid if there is one thing i urge you to do its get a scooter and go explore at your own pace. this place is amazing and we will definetly return.

The pool setup is very impressive. Including kids water slides etc. The resort was new and parts still under construction. To me it was a family friendly beach resort, but it had a woft of "upper class" exclusivity that came from management. I felt the place was having an identity crisis and they couldn't figure out if they were a honeymoon resort & spa, or a family beach getaway. for young families.
