Perfect for a big family”
We stayed in a 4br villa and it was perfect. The house was spacious and well maintained. We were assigned a villa that was near the beach and near the breakfast place, so it was comfortable even for the little kids. The food selection during breakfast was extensive and yummy (pho was yummy!).

Good service and specially TM, he is very helpful and cheerful. The resort location is not in the heart of city but you can call grab to reach to the city within 10-15 minutes.

Fantastic place let down by poor customer service”
The villa's and the resort are really good, you pay a high price but you get the most beautiful surroundings. What this place really needs is staff training! There are some pretty basic things about dealing with hotels guests that they simply haven't been taught, every interaction we had with a member of staff was bad experience. But if you can stay in your villa and not talk to anyone then it would be perfect.

Great location but not worth”
It’s not met the 5 stars standard for cleanliness and facilities. Mostly cheap and old furniture. Kid club apply additional charge if you leave your children their. However, great location, environment and beautiful private beach.

The villa is spacious, clean and perfect for big group. Breakfast is variety but not yummy. Staff are not up to the standard we expected.

Excellence Choice Ever”
I have stayed 3 days 2 night with my whole family consisting of myself, wife, my mother and 2-year-old sweetie. No other hotel/resort becomes much better this resort does, I believe. Also my family had a wonderful time there. It took us approximately only 10 minutes from Danang airport via shuttle coach, which I made a reservation in advance also vice versa. There are remarkable beach and pools, especially beach. Quite long beach has fine sand and it was really clean. More exiting thing was that depth of sea water is so shallow to allow children to swim in safe. I wouldn't like to say its facilities, i.e. kids club, restaurants, reception, transportation. Each person would be able to figure out its reputation easily. In spite of that, what I'd like to deliver is all of staff are so kind and supportive that I'm impressed. There's no doubt to choose it for next chance as long as I get back to Danang, Vietnam again

Solid stay with a few kinks to be ironed out”
Good value. Friendly staff but very little English is spoken. Food is average and cocktails were poor but can be easily managed around (we ate at neighbouring hotel managed by Accor). Fantastic villa spaces that are very clean and well-maintained. Beach and pool are clean and appreciate having lifeguards on duty at all times. We will return if/when in Da Nang.

Hard to leave”
It certainly wasn't easy going home after staying in a large villa with its own pool and steps away from a pristine quiet beach. Even when the weather was a bit rough we enjoyed our stay but when the sun came out it was just bliss hanging by the pool watching lizards and birds go about their day. The villas are simply huge and everything is in good working order, particularly the showers which are very clean and have strong water pressure. We encountered small issues but our attributed personal assistant, Hana, addressed them quickly and kindly. She advised us well and while we did try a couple of restaurants outside the resort we found that food at the resort was good and surely priced competitively. You can do your shopping at a nearby mall and then just enjoy the resort. We were slightly taken aback by some lack of privacy in the ground floor of the villas which don't have dark curtains but got used to it. In general the resort is calm even when most villas are booked it seems. The kids' club is nice and you could leave your toddlers there should you wish to do so. The beach is magnificent with fun waves at high or low tide. This stretch of white sand is very quiet while you can see crowds in the distance. Security is omnipresent and kids are safe. The lawns are manicured with beautiful plants and palm trees everywhere. While there's little walk to do you can call up a buggy which always arrived within a minute or two. Wifi signal is strong everywhere with no need to log back in all the time as is often the case elsewhere. The location couldn't be better, just a few minutes from the airport. In conclusion I'm sure we'd risk being disappointed should we stay elsewhere in DaNang if we were to fly there again. Speaking of which, the airport is brand new and all formalities take very little time.

Excellent value for money”
fantastic, good value for money as it wasn't too expensive, for the space you get per village house well the money is worth it! We had the pleasure of meeting the general manger and forgot to tell him what a wonderful establishment he has. My kids (7&4) my father (87) and my wife all enjoyed their stay and want to visit again!!! I think there is and in-house designer who pays attention to details, from the small garden in our backyard to the lighting and plants surrounding the main pool .... We noticed it was all well trimmed, and color coordination was excellent. Service by friendly and young staff is what every hotel needs, I think we got the best service money can buy, $330 a night is not cheap, but for what we received it was worth every dime!! We recommend it to anyone who wants to relax at beachside, swimming pool , clean house with garden and pool, Ou small kids Enjoyed the pool a lot, my wife and I enjoyed Watching the sunset By the beachside!

A true example of Excellent Hospitality”
Resort complimentary pick up was punctual and comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by our resort host Phuong. Welcome drinks were served and Phuong went through the detailed map of the resort with us. Our villa was awesome and so is the bar. Phuong has been very helpful with all our needs be it food recommendations or transport services. Our stay wouldn't have been so perfect without her assistance. She really makes all of us feel at home. Thank you for the wonderful fond memories made in Danang!

Breath taking view coupled with modern facilities ”
I have stayed in many 5* resorts as well as Villas but I have to say Premier was in the top 3. The attention to details throughout the Village was amazing. Additionally the Villa itself was top notch. Very modern decor along with great staff service. Ending the experience with the beach front and pool deck are unmatched. highly recommend this resort. must try

Perfect stay for my family ”
Whole family ( with elderly parents, young kid and our couple) truly enjoyed our stay in this resort. 3 bedroom pool villa was spacious enough for 5 of us, maintain good hygiene and cleanness, staffs are really friend and willing to assist and help for whatever requests we made. Among them, concierge staff Mr. Thien Dat was such a kind staff who always tried his best efforts to take care of us and assisted any inquiry/requests we asked. Thanks to him, we could really enjoy our trip in Danang without any difficulties. We will definitely revisit here again someday later!

Awesome room perfect location”
Im not a big fan of Accor coz I had multiple bad experiences but this hot wowed me, literally wowed when we checked into the room. Scenery was nice close to beach , we didn't try the breakfast but cooked our own, beach side bar has happy hour which is nice. We also rent a car for half day going to haivan pass and city , didn't cost that much(around 60usd), it was overall superb experience but unfortunately we only stayed for 2 nights, next time will defi stay more days during cooler season(aug is pretty hot)

Commendable waitress in restaurant, not manager”
1) The villa was excellent, exactly as what we have expected, if not better; 2) Staff is excellent, Vang (if I remember correctly) from seafood restaurant was exceptionally attentive and caring. My dad wasn't walking well and she offered to call the buggy service for us without prompting. She was great help with recommendation of food and I have never seen my parents happier; 3) Atmosphere is great, sea view and pool by the bar. All in all, great hotel and great staff.
