It was very uncomfortable and inconvenient in this villa. And you need to prepare everything if you want to cook something inside. By the way, you can heard the sound from 2nd floor room when you stay in 3rd floor room.

After one moth stay in Vietnam I thought this was going to be one of the best places we stayed at but turned out to be most expensive and worse, they nickel and dime you for everything and the attentiveness/service didn’t match the price I would recommend another resort/hotel

A Villa all to yourself”
We stayed at villa 121. Though it was expensive, it was well worth it. We had the entire villa to ourself. Whats missing, would be a pool but thats fine as weather was very cold for a swim. The breakfast platter was outstanding. They had both local dishes and continental. They had multiple large pools close to the restaurant overlooking the Karst mountains and sea. Would certainly recommend this place. Closely located to the harbour for halong bay day tours, the cable ride to the hill side and adjacent to the boulevard/ eurpoean styled streets/buildings. We found few good eateries nearby. As usual they will arrange a rented bike for 130,000VND for the semi automatic and 200,000VND for automatic. However, they did ask for a deposit of 500,000VND which is ifne. They return the balance after you return the bike. Also, this avoided us in paying in cash as they took card for all these.

A nice vacation in Premier Villages Ha Long Bay”
We had wonderful experiences here with the hospitality of Premier Villages staffs. They did very well their works and always keep smiling with us. We stayed at Villas 04 bed rooms that very clean and standard services. This location is very close to the Seafoods Market "Cai Dam" that we can easily buy the fresh seafoods like fresh flower crabs, oyster, lobster, tiger shrimp to cook and enjoy these foods that is very much cheaper than the restaurants nearby this location, around 900m from resort to this market. Another choice that we love is Restaurant named Hong Hanh, the foods here is very delicious as well with reasonable prices. So far, we liked the buffet breakfast at resort with various kind of dishes that we tried. The Vietnamese traditional food that is Beef noodle called "phở Bò" so delicious, very good mixed lettuce salad, special is croissant it's so perfect!!! We will come back this resort with my family in next times. Thank you!

A beach villa with no beach and no private swimming pool. There is only 2 swimming pool for every guest of the village and when you use the nearest beach, you have to pay for the seat place (200k VND/ seat, and our group was 11 persons including 4 kids) !!!

I really enjoyed the professionalism of the staff there. The house is bright and has a great and smart modern design. The rooms in the house are really 5-star hotel standard. The only minor comment is just the slight inconvenience with the bathtub, where the button to drain the water is in the middle and not at the end, so it's very easy to accidentally drain the water while you're still bathing. Breakfast has a standard variety of items but the tastes are medium.

Not really good enough. We don't have any water for drink in room. Have to make the phone call at might night to reception to get some water . over villa no have a body mirror, only small face mirror in bathroom . Around the hotel have nothing beautiful for enjoy or pics. Nothing there. Never come back.

Vị trí resort đắc địa. Nhân viên thân thiện,nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn sáng sơ sài, với một mức phí tiền như khách đã trả thì cần phong phú hơn cho thực đơn ăn sáng. Giá phòng phù hợp. Vệ sinh không được xứng đáng với tầm tiền, cần cải thiện về việc này. Phòng gym luôn phải đi gọi nhân viên mới mở vào buổi sáng. Spa đóng cửa hơi sớm. Cảnh quan đẹp, nhiều cây xanh. Xung quanh đang xây dựng nên hơi ồn, hai năm nữa chắc ổn. Bãi biển nhân tạo nên ra xa hơi nhiều bùn.
