The best short trip ever”
I book this unit few days before our stay to celebrate my mom's birthday. The first thing i consider was private pool since we are muslim family and this is girls trip (5 adults & 4 kids) i thought our family's member couldn't fit the vila so i asked help from owner to find us another vila. She was very helpful and still answering my mesej even at night. Even there's no other vila available that time, i really appreciate her help and suggestions. Before arrive, another staff text me on WhatsApp and give check in instructions. It's really easy to follow and we didn't have problem at all. The vila is spacious. It can fit all our family's members if we can request for extra bed (but that time i already book one lexis room next to it) It's really clean and we had great time there. There's lots things to do around hotel but since this is private unit, the access to hotel facilities is limited. About restaurant suggestion, they already compiled it in a file for us to choose and it's only few minutes drive from the hotel (it's genius!) One staff came few minutes before we check out and help us with the process. Even we stay only for 1 night, it was a beautiful holiday for my family. Thank you host and your staff.

This is our 2nd time stay at this property. The staff was kind and helpful. Please notice that this is private unit, so no hotel facility like buggy ride. However, the unit wasn't too far to walk. We celebrate my son birthday here and he loves it. He literally wake up in the morning and jump straight to the pool. It was pleasant stay over the weekend. Will repeat again

The room is spacious enough for 6 of us. Owner also equip the kitchen with microwave and basic utensils. Praying mats are also provided. I just love the pool, the depth is just suitable for my youngest. The kids really enjoy their time there. Pn Norah is also very kind and helpful. She offered excellent service. Will definitely come again. But I do hope the caretaker to clean up further because there are dust in the last drawer in the cupboard.

Actually is a great stay for us. My kid really enjoy the pool but unfortunately theres cockroaches in the room. 1st is after a while we check in near to the wardrobe and after that at night fly one but manage to kill la. Its happen my kid all scared of cockroaches & all scream run every where. So thats why i think need to do pest control also for ant.

Travelling with 3 kids 3-10 years old. First time actually booking private unit di Grand Lexis ni. Overall nice experience. My wife sgt suka especially part cleanliness, kalau compare to hotel unit yg kami pergi last time. Plus, ada Coway and utensils yg cukup untuk family mcm kami. Having private swimming pool mmg seronok, especially budak2. Cumanya, since ni private unit so kena anak tirikan sikit 😅. Parking pun kat bahagian bawah,xblh dpan lobby. No buggy service unless bayar additional, think RM 10-20 per trip. Like us with quite a number of buggages so leceh sikit. Overall like i said, a good unit to stay. Definitely will consider again next time
