Service with a smile”
We stayed at Princess Haiphong Hotel just one ninght. We arrived late at ninght and left around 10am next day. We booked this hotes because its location near Haiphong airport. The room was nice, clean and big enough. No restaurant around and restaurant at the hotel was quite expensive.

big room, great service”
staff could not do enough for us. we needed an early breakfast to catch the 7am hydrofoil to cat ba. they got all the kitchen staff up early, and packed us a "picnic" breakfast to take with us 6.30am. didn't ask, they just did it. the room was big and clean. the restaurant directly opposite the hotel, on the otherside of the vacant strip of land, was something else. after 3 weeks in vietnam it still shocked. i ate a plate of frogs, which were delish. take a photo of the menu. i still don't know what "fried cement" (its a main meal) really is??

I Heart the Service Staff!”
The friendly service staff (especially a young chap called Eric) made the stay for enjoyable for us by going the extra mile; booked bus tickets back to Hanoi, advised us on places of interest in Haiphong and recommending us a good seafood place. The hotel corridor needs a makeover; the buffet breakfast was pretty disappointing.

Nice hotel - good location right in the city.”
I was impressed as the staffs went out of the hotel and awaited us as we got out of the taxi and asked if we r from Malaysia thru Agoda. We requested for nice view from our room and upgraded to a big room with two sides of windows. Services were good and staffs can communicate n understand English language. They helped us to book a taxi going to HalongBay for the next day and bought us sim cards. There is a big mall opposite although walking distance but we took a cab as many motorists on the road.We r Muslim couple and we ate at KFC. Anyway we were not happy with the massage centre. We paid for one hour each. My wife's was less than that n masseurs keep on demand for tips. Massage was not good as Thai n had body pain instead after that. They were like punching on our back!

Nice Hotel but not so many travelers”
Room is big enough. We tried to have dinner in their dinning room but there was no other travelers, showing not good occupancy in the hotel. Everything seemed OK but only if they'd provide some fruit in the room. Is it expensive in HaiPhong? Most importantly, do improve your mattress, we had 2 people but neither slept well on your beds.... The hotel will be improved a lot for a good mattress.

Nice Hotel with friendly staffs”
I stay over one night after a day travel. Arrived to Hotel late in the evening and front desk staffs were ready for us to check in. Room was large, very clean and comfortable. Front desk staffs were very helpful when ask for direction for next day travel to my parent birth place and they spend lot of time to search and provide me a map with direction. The hotel restaurant's was expensive for little food but we have no choice since we got there late in the evening.

Hotel with all round helpful staff”
I was upgraded to a VIP room on 7th floor at no charge. Cable broadband is available in the room F.O.C. The connection is reasonably fast, possibly about 50 kpbs. The hotel is quite new with a large well lighted lobby equipped with comfortable sofa style chairs. My room was clean overall but there were some dirty spots on the carpet. If you feel "icky" abut this, there are 2 pair of slippers in the wardrobe but I used my own slipper. Breakfast selection is fair with a mix of local and Western food which is limited to bread, butter and jam. Various types of cooked egg is available upon request. Hotel personnel could understand English and spoke adequate English. They were mostly friendly and helpful.

Great and affordable”
Stayed here for a night. Room was nicely decorated. Toilet was a bit dark but it's ok. Near to city centre like 5 min drive, and very near to a very good seafood restaurant, just 1 min walk away! Broadband was smooth and wide selection of TV channel. The only bad thing was the breakfast, it's horrible! Food was not covered properly and basically no one was there except myself.

Hotel is quite good”
We cannot got invoice from Hotel, they told us to take from Agoda, but how can we get from Agoda, Agoda is not company operating in Vietnam. So we cannot clear with company, I pay with my pocket for company trip!!!! Next time we will not book from Agoda anymore, only for private trip.
