Outstanding service, really good location, helpful staff”
Underground parking was available and free of cost. Location is really good and located near ladies gate and 2-3 mins of walk. Staff Hassan at the counter was really helpful and nice throughout the stay. Room service was instant as well. Room was clean and WiFi was also provided. Definitely recommended.

All good and worth with price. Need to increase the cleanliness of the room carpet. Also need to check hair dryer in the bathroom because there was electric shock when we wanted to use it.

Stayed alone for one night in this hotel. Reached hotel around 4 PM, had to wait for 10 minutes until the room cleaned and ready. Pros: very close to masjid Nabawi, helpful staff, room found in clean condition, comfy bed, strong wifi, A/C works fine. Cons: small leaks from bathroom ceiling behind the door, some stains on the floor. overall: I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and possible to stay here again if I visit Medina in the future.

A little problem verifying agoda booking.”
However, they have a little problem verifying my Agoda booking as Agoda was not in their system. They suggest me to use booking.com for next booking, although I have used Agoda for the same hotel in the past. I think it's best that both the hotel and Agoda can solve this issue. Outside this problem, the hotel was good and the staffs were very professional.

Good Hotel”
It is a good hotel, not a 5* probably more of a 4*, pretty basic, breakfast is pretty poor for a 5*. Staff are not in a hurry to help, you have to request room service a few times before they come up. Good location, gate 17 very close to female entrance only 3 min walk from Masjid e Nabawi. Local restaurants are pretty good, close to Bangladeshi food market and fast food takeaways.

Lifts are very small. No more than 6-7 people can stand in one. The only good thing is location 3-4 minutes from hotel to haram sharif (gate 16/17) shower area not very nice, shower curtain old and smelly. But would they consider the reviews, clearly not. The only nice thing was the reception entrance anything beyond that was of a 3* hotel.
