Perfect for the family with young kids.”
Stayed for 4D3N during December school holidays. Mid Valley Southkey and IKEA Tebrau was roughly 30 - 45 minutes away, which is acceptable. Pros: - 5 pools. One is at the hotel itself, while the other 4 requires a short walk. The main reason I'm here is because I was looking for a deep enough pool for my own swimming leisure. kids enjoyed the water slide as well. - Although the breakfast was almost identical from day to day, I have to say they are consistently good and delicious. The bread pudding was a highlight for me - been to many hotels where they tasted subpar. - For the price that I paid, the room space was quite large. My young children had their own room and slept comfortably on their own bed. Overall a very comfortable stay. - The indoor playground was good as well, although there is still some parts of it that are damaged from wear and tear. - Staff was very friendly and nice. Can see they are properly trained. Cons: - The lift uses a very outdated card system where you have to slot in the card in order to access a floor. A very old, inconsistent and unstable technology that should be replaced with new, more responsive and user friendly interface in order to make lift access hassle free. - Although there are ample parking space, the basement/nearest ones can fill up pretty fast.

room quite ok,simple design and clean.for breakfast choices quite a lot with malaysian dishes,for egg counter outside the restaurant,people who eats inside restaurant couldn't see the egg counter.maybe can move to inside the restaurant.unfortunately,there is specific time given for customers to choose between 7-7.45am,8-8.45am & 9-9.45am.for me,the time is enough if only for 2 people to have breakfast on time,but for family with their children maybe they need more time to have their brekafast.Maybe the time need to change to normal time at 7-10am for people to get more comfortable and not rushing to finish up their breakfast. and they have 5 fantastic swimming pools abd the view is awesome.there is pool for adult and children.we can swim to whichever pool we like at not crowded with people.

Despite other users reviews, the place we stayed is really clean and the staffs are all friendly and helpful. Everyone greeted with a smile and it was amazing. We had a great chilling session as the place is really serene except some construction going on out of the resort. Family friendly place. Oh ya, food selection is decent to us and serves a good meal. You will find the place a little worn or old but it has been kept clean in most areas we visited there.

Good for short staycation ”
The room was clean, basic amenities are provided. No toothbrush though, although that’s not an issue for us. The facilities for recreation is only fair maintained. We loved the pool at level 2 of the main resort building, as it’s cleaner and also temperature more ideal (warm) for kids to play in especially when the sun hits different parts of the pool. The big pool was also great, but due to it being in open air there’s a lot of debris and insects in it. Not very good for kids to play in. I like the effort put in by resort to provide more activities for customers. The swings and garden at the bottom of the big pool was great to play with and take photos. Kids can take a look at the different flowers too. The kids indoor playground had less to play than advertised, but it was sufficient for my 4 year old. We had the playground all to ourselves. Entry was RM12 per head. Breakfast selection was just nice for us, and I like that we can sit on the patio area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had questions about things to do and they answered very patiently and gave recommendations. Check in and check out was a breeze and fuss-free.

I like everything abt this resort. The place, cleanliness, staffs, the room, the breakfast & etc. It has 4 big swimming pools with beautiful landscape. Staffs are friendly & easy to deal with. Room is specoius. The check in & out process is easy & fast. I will surely be back to the resort again. Well done to all the staffs!

Love that the rooms are comfy, clean and well-equipped. There are different swimming pools to choose from to but it would be better if the pools that are under maintenance are fixed soon at the clubhouse, mosquito hazard. The pool on Level 2 could do with some cleaning of the floor tiles too. Overall, it's a nice play to stay.

We stayed 3D2N here and we really enjoyed the facilities and foods here. Very quiet place with out of city sounds and busy life. Quiet, peaceful, gorgeous and blend with mature kind of place”
Gorgeous, peaceful and make me feel i'm nestle within nature. Chirping of bird in the morning. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Witness sunrise with my daughter fr our bed. It was the first sunrise watch for her and she cried! She said it was beautiful. Son have a very good rest as he was tired fr his endless school project. Everything about this place is 90% perfect! we did everything within the hotel premises and they got lots to offer. Cycling, cineplex, sauna,massage, jacuzzi and etc... we had our dinner in their cafe as they having the johore food promo. The chef i guess is very talented as all the food taste delicious. There's also 2 swimming pool one in the hotel near the restaurant itself but we prefer the ones that in the spa and sport centre. Bigger and more beautiful. As it is far fr city ctr, getting a grab to go in no problem but going out we need the help of the recep to call one. Lastly we were very impress with Mr Zarul who is very helpful and very informative.

Just would be perfect if the mini mart could extend business hour to 830pm so if we have emergency things to buy, there is a place fpr us to get without leaving the hotel.

Breakfast is great. So many choices. And tasty! The location itself is quite for from anywhere, but if you have a transportation, it wont be a problem. The room is quite spacious, and it has a balcony too. The only problem we had was the keycard to the room is always in problem. We had 2 cards for each room, and one of them cannot be used to unlock the door.

Fantastic resort. From check in to lunch at the cafe was great. The suite that i booked was really spacious and the view was wonderful. My kids really enjoyed the pool that have a really exciting slide. The kids play ground was really fun and inexpensive. Staff at the recreation counter was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back at this
