I stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was a smooth stay over all. they gave us an upgrade as I was celebrating my 30th Birthday there, they really made my day special by putting in the cake and balloons with a cute little note. they have a really good American café that serves good burgers and chicken wings. Overall a good place for a very very comfortable stay.

I'm a lucky person I have stayed in this hotel since Monarch Lee Gardens , Sofitel Silom Bangkok and this time PullMan Bangkok Hotel G. This is the hotel where I have stayed most often in 20 years and every times I come. There is always something new , the rooms are always updated with excited renovation for new style and vital color scheme , the restaurant is always changed a new taste of style and environmental and one thing remains the same for the excellence services of all employees they were and they are really Impressive me so much which is every times I stayed , however the most important thing which is unforgettable of this Hotel is a beautiful high rise view of Bangkok , you can stay in everywhere for high rise of hotel in Bangkok but here is really unforgettable , and really remarkable view of Silom in the high you can’t say that about in many hotel but only here where is signature view of Bangkok.

Location, 15mins walk to Silom, which was easy as there are some shops along the way. 7-11 across the street. the white rooms are non-smoking only, but I found vape along the streets at Silom. the traditional thai rooms have some smoking rooms. both deluxe rooms have bathtubs and shower. The universal power point was hidden at the side of the side table next to the bed. No USB point, bring your USB charger. Room service was quick and good. Breakfast was of good quality, with hot food and porridge station, fruits, yoghurt, juice, pan cakes etc.

We had an overnight stay on the 35th floor. Our room was huge, comfortable with an amazing bathroom featuring a full size bathtub and great city views. Breakfast in 25 degrees was excellent and we just wish we could have stayed longer.

Comfort zone in Bangkok”
Had a two day stop over in Bangkok. As the city can be quite noisy and busy this is the perfect hide away to feel safe and comfortable. Check in was quick and personnel was very attentive and welcoming. Having breakfast at the hotel is highly recommended 👌

In the middle of everything. Markets close to go eat if you don’t have breakfast there. Only complaint is the cab drivers out front. Hahaha they’re a bit annoying but if you had to go with one go with jojo or Jum. They have ok rates but we paid based on how we felt so probably way more money. Also they will try and take you to places that are sketchy but roll with the punches you might like it.

Great location with decent rooms. I do feel that the hotel needs to fix the pool as it was in a poor state with tiles falling off. However, breakfast was great and the staff were excellent. Rooms seemed basic for a 5* but good enough.

The hotel is easily accessible by train, about 5-7mins to the station. There are a lot of eateries around, you'd be spoilt for choices. The room is very big and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very welcoming and extremely polite! After 3 nights stay we felt like family. The only thing we didn't like is that debit card payments upon check-in are not allowed, only credit card. A bit of an inconvenience.
