Exceptional Staff”
This hotel is older but well kept. Nice location. Staff were exceptional. Spoke good English. Went out of their way to help me. Very knowledgeable about the city and local areas. I wanted to mention the name of the concierges that helped me with transportation among other things but forgot to ask their names. Will return to this hotel next time I'm in Ha Noi and will not forget to mention the 2 concierges that helped me on my next review
