Great Location with Amazing experience ”
Overwhelmed by the high standard of the breakfast buffet for its overall food quality, service, and environment. Fully equipped and spacious fitness facilities definitely is a plus point to both work and leisure traveler. Room is spacious and a comfortable bed with a pillow menu a pleasant and considerate surprise. From goose down pillow to functional maternity pillow, you name it they should have one that suits your preference and needs. Highly recommended and thumbs up for the team, well done.

Great location, awesome services, delicious breakfast buffet”
Great location - very near to the newly functional MRT (just across the road), within walking distance of 2 big malls (Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia. Grand Indonesia have a lot of restaurants to choose from) and Thamrin City (mall to buy local products - batik attire, muslims clothings, etc). The staff were very friendly, smiling all the time, helpful and very professional. The breakfast buffet is super delicious (the best breakfast buffet I've ever had) and with so many options - western, japanese, chinese and local cuisines. I would come again to this hotel just for the food. Overall, it was a good stay and will definitely come here again!

Well maintained, clean and classy”
The hotel is located at a stone's throw away from malls, good bars, restaurants. Very hood ambience, well appointed rooms, bathroom with fittings that work and plumbing that has no issues whatasoever. The breakfast spread here is fantastic and pretty much all the diahes are well make. Overall this hotel is not very cheap but it does not fall short of one's expectations.

Totally enjoyed my experience here! Arranged for airport transfer to and fro the airport and from there, everything was seamless. Staff were super warm and greeted guests with nice smiles. Incredible breakfast buffet spread with japanese, Indonesian and western food

Perfect Hotel in perfect Location”
During our stay in this hotel, me & my family including children 14 & 10 years old really enjoyed. Our room was big with fantastic view to MH Thamrin road, the staff was really nice & helpfull. We used a rent bicycle in front of the hotel & walk across the street to reach Grand Indonesia shopping mall. Our experience is good with this hotel. So i recommend it. The area and the ambience is perfect for us.

Value for money & great hospitality”
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Jakarta. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced too for a 5 star hotel located in the unbeatable strategic business, leisure and dining district in the capital. However, please be alert on traffic congestion outside at the Thamrin main road may cause delays on your trip.

been curious what kind of services they had, usually just for a short business meeting this time really wanna see the "city view". got the room that looking over to Bunderan HI and its surroundings. should be great for New Year's eve this kind of room. its spacious enough. we loved and enjoyed the various dishes for breakfast.

pullman jakarta was awesome and i would recommend it for business, families and group travelling. so many nearby attractions and walking distance to a few malls. there's even a street market right in front of the hotel on sunday morning which is awesome to see the country's culture. Staff were really friendly too!

Outstanding hotel ”
I stayed at this hotel several times and I was satisfied very much every time. The staff is very kind. Surprisingly they remembered my name and called it when I came back at night. The morning buffet is sufficient. I always wonder what to eat. The room is cozy and the facility is also enough. I will for sure stay here when I visit Jakarta again.

When I stayed there, it still had covid so the pool was closed and we were dissapointed since the pool was amazing but the manager gave us a delicious cake as a bonus to my daughter which was great. Breakfast was yummy. Some staffs were friendly some were not.

I've stayed at Borobudur, Aryaduta, Ascott and Sari Pan Pacific. They are all excellent. There is something about Pullman that keeps drawing me back for short term stays. All of the things you look for are balanced here.

Awesome hotel”
We stayed here only for one night. We booked 3 rooms in total and were really satisfied with everything. Because of covid the buffet breakfast only offer very limited choice of food. But the taste is not disappointing. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Exceptional”
Nice place close to city center where you can find two big malls to please your eyes and empty your pockets. The hotel is close to Jakarta National Museum and National Monument. The food for brealfast with several types of cuisines is delicious enough to feed your stomach.
