My stay experience consider good. Fast check in . Hotel room with city view. Room cleanliness I feel is ok. Just can't find food with walking distance. Room with bathtub is my main concern. Last but not least I think hotel can try to improve the brightness in the hotel. Because the first impression for me is felt dark when I walked in to the hotel lobby.

Clean & nice view of Federal highway”
It was a decent short getaway for my family especially for my 2-year old. The building is old but the room was refurbished and well maintained. The room and bed are clean, enjoyed the bathtub with city view as well. Overall a pleasant stay. Just a small note that sad to know the free shuttle to Mid Valley mall discontinued, the area got no shop around so we just settled our meals in the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was great and always so welcoming ready to do whatever they could to make us comfortable. Breakfasts were very good and the stuff was very kind and willing to help. I requested a late check out which was granted by the staff with no extra charge. Before we leave, we ask whether any extra surgical mask for us because we couldn't get it at anywhere. And the stuff try his best to get it for us, I was so pleased with that. The stay is not only beautiful but genuinely comfortable and thoughtful place for guests.

I love the room design, bath tub and the tip top cleanliness. They have basement parking for their guests which I found it very convenient. However, water will leak to the washroom when shower. There are stains on the outer window which make the view less attractive. Overall stay is nice.

Yes, I recommend this hotel because it provides good service. While here, the second day the air conditioner in my room was a bit technical issue, after I complained to the hotel, I was given another new room and additional time to check out, it was a good move. Other, clean room, clean bathroom, no unpleasant odor, everything is perfect.

Nice hotel, with large bath tub and toilet. Large comfortable bed, very clean and cozy. But the ramadhan sahur buffet can be improved more. Easy check in and check out. Ample space for car park. Easy access.

Nice location near the Megamall”
The Pullman has aged well. Nice in room amenities, like Nespresso machine, iron and safe, and a nice unobstructed view. Room is very clean, but the smallish TV being mounted so high is slightly uncomfortable to watch more than 20 mins. Otherwise, it's a solid option for the Bangsar area. There are a few quirks. The parking is underground and a bit messy. Traffic can be a bit bad getting out of Bangsar. But it is a short walk to the Megamall. A solid 4.5* hotel.

Washroom drainage was not good. Bathtub and shower area can’t be drained at the same time. And most importantly not able to connect hdmi cable to tv, so we couldn’t watch our favourite shows/movies and provided channels were lousy. Wifi connection was really bad, slowwww. Otherwise good room condition, clean and spacious.

A good hotel for a decent price”
Stayed here for 3D2N staycation and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is located in a strategic location, still in the city but away from KL city center. There is a mall opposite the hotel, LRT stations within the area and close to Bangsar which has malls and lots of places to eat. The best feature for the room is definitely the bathtub. It is long and a good size and since it's located quite close to the bed (a glass window separates bed and bathroom) I could watch TV while soaking in the bathtub. The only cons is; the hotel should include a non-slip/ rubber mat inside the bathtub for safety precautions.
