AWSOME STAY”
Our recent stay at Pullman Saigon Centre Hotel was superb. We have stayed with PSCH in Vietnam many times, but this time it felt extra special. Upon check in we were greeted with the most friendly and courteous front desk staff ever Ching. She was so helpful giving us background information about Vietnam food and culture. We felt like VIP guest as she arranged for a surprise traditional Vietnamese dishes to our room for us to try as it was our anniversary. Thank you Ching. Pullman Saigon Centre Hotel has great staff. Ching is an example and is an asset to Pullman Saigon Centre Hotel. We enjoyed the comfortable spacious modern rooms. It is super clean with extremely comfortable beds. We enjoy the welcome drinks as well as the free drink vouchers during our stay. We were also granted late check out. We made full use of the gym and the pool area. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel covered all of our needs. Will be back.

Superb service and great location”
Stayed at many 5 star hotels but Pullman Saigon’s staff really went above and beyond for us this trip. When we tried borrowing a charger head for our camera, even though they didn’t have it they offered to go out and buy the charger for us. They also personally introduce the facilities in the hotel to us. Hotel is within walking distance to district 1 and a lot of shopping markets, the lobby staff is also ever ready to hail a cab for you if you want to go anywhere else further. Only downside is that the sound proofing of the rooms are quite poor so you can always hear your neighbors going in and out, there is also a nightlife street right across and there’ll be a low beat going on through the night, we slept pretty okay but if you’re a light sleeper then… bring earplugs ;)

Fantastic service by the hotel staff who were very professional and helpful. Our housekeeper, Khai, was very friendly and polite. The room was very spacious. Great location, it was easy to get to numerous landmarks from there by foot. They also offer a free shuttle van to some of the major tourist attractions located in District 1. The free facilities e.g. spa, sauna, pool and gym were great. Would stay there again.

I've stayed in a couple of Pullman hotels in my business trips and always have awesome experiences with the facilities and staff. A huge shout-out to Pullman Saigon's housekeeping team, who never failed to arrange my personal toiletries in the most organised manner. This makes my stay more relaxed, amidst the business meetings!

Warm service, good facilities ”
To have the best view, you should order Executive room here, it located in the higher floor. My experience as an executive guest is very distinguished here, VIP lobby checkin and checkout and meeting room for only executive guest and great luggage store service. However the Hotel space isn’t very big and the view of my room isn’t looking at iconic tower like Bitexco or Landmark 81. The food at the hum burgers restaurant isn’t very good too. Highly recommended for businesses travelers

15 night stay in Saigon ”
This is the 3rd time we have stayed in the Pullman in the last 7 years, As always staff are excellent and friendly and always on hand to help with any question that’s thrown at them, Room was lovely and clean as always. We didn’t spend much time in the lobby area at all, so it felt very special that most reception staff knew us by name throughout our stay. Breakfast wasn’t particularly impressive for a 5 star hotel in vietnam, neither was the food on ground floor, But with so much amazing food all over Saigon, it’s not an issue, (We didn’t try the evening seafood buffet or steak restaurant) And we will try them when we return!
