Originally I was booking for a different. Maybe due to my flight changing time and I checked-in to the hotel late, and maybe most of the room is full, so the hotel upgrade my room as a courtesy. Ive got to say the room is so good because as a solo traveller, I really do like the spacious room like that and I also got a mini cakes as a welcome gifts. Thankyou Pullman team. The room is clean and toilettries was well provide. It is all a 5 star rating if you could provide an iron without the customer to have called the reception and asked for it. But, the rest is excellent.

smooth and fast check-in, we got free room upgrade, i traveled with my 12 old son. (double) room was very spacious and very clean, beds were large and comfortable. The small kitchenette with the sink and microwave was very useful. The room was cleaned on 'demand', but it was easy to get any missing items from the housekeeper. location is very good close to both baqi'i and the rawdah sharifah entrance. only inconvenient : there is no dining option in the area, but it is close to the more popular area across the bigger ring/avenue, where you can find affordable restaurants

Nice and affordable. Spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. Very close to Green Dome however it is quite far for women to enter mosque. Will stay somewhere close by to women's entry next time as I should be coming back with my wife.

Very near to raudhah gate and men prayer gate. For women u can take shuttle bus to go for prayer. The bus will drop u at the women gate. The room very good. I got room with microwave, it’s so easy to reheat my food.

I booked a 2 room suite facing City, it took less than 5 mins to check-in and i was upgraded to a suite facing Haram. All thanks to Duty Manager Mr. Abdulaziz who upgraded me. the suite was spacious, clean and well maintained. room service was extremely good. Mr. monir made up the suite and refilled all items which were used on day 1. i would recommend this to all and would love to stay there again

Family hotel at a reasonable price”
We reached early and the check-in time was 4 pm but they accommodated us. The rates are reasonable. Each room has microwave and separate sink to clean dishes. The rooms are of reasonable size plus very close to the gate near Babus Salaam. Lifts are fast and managed well at times of rush. Overall good place to be have peace of mind and concentrate on your ibada (worship).

Pullman ZamZam is really known for their great service. We booked a kingsize one bedroom and at the check-in they upgraded us to a junior suit. There are sometimes people waiting outside the lobby door who are trying to sell you stuff or their service or even convincing you with a life-threatening story for which they need money (begging from you), which is not a big deal but some of them are legit scammers so one should be heeded.

I would highly recommend if you are staying with family, staff is great very helpful, humble and very helpful. Internet was good( 20-30 mbps), food was amazing (little expensive but taste is good). Parking is reasonable 2 riyal/hour.
