Small but Clean ”
We booked only 01 night at the hotel, but this seems to be ok for us. The best thing is the hotel rate is very cheap. the hotel is small but the room are big enough and everything is quite clean. We arrived the hotel at 1am in the morning, but staff is still available there to help us to carry bags and they're quite nice & friendly. Hotel location is not very close Dalat Market but this street is quite busy and having lots of good local small restaurants.

A well situated hotel,, clean and excellent value ”
I did not expect too much from this hotel as it was very inexpensive, but I was most surprised and imporessed, Very good central location, lifts, pleasant and helpful staff, rooms done every day, teamaking and nice towels and comfortable. Normally you only get what you pay for and for such a cheap hotel I thought it was excellent value for mopney and I would stay there again. I am a retired college lecturer in hospitality and catering so I think I am able to give you a true report.

Clean hotel”
just okay for a short stay. there are all basic facilities. the toilet is kinda small for the standard rooms. you need to tell the staff to switch on the hot water upon arriving if they forget. bike rental via hotel is reasonable price. we come early in the morning but were charged 50% room rate for early check in. not really happy with this since the room indeed available at the time. hope the hotel can fix this to compete to others.

Pros- location Cons- the heater didn't work and u need to went down receptionist for help. As the phone in the room didn't work as well. The receptionist is friendly but ectually there might have some communication problem as they not completely understand what u want.

The room was very clean, some of the staff was very nice and helpfull, one of the recepcionist doesn't understand english at all, and it's complicated when you want help to book something with them.

Good value for money”
For £5 we got a large clean room with comfy bed, tv with English channels, fridge & hot shower. Do I need to say more?? Yes hotel is outdated since the 70s but facilities and overall cleanliness is good. Staff were polite enough, not overly helpful but did their job well enough. By the way the water in the fridge isn't free, we were charged on checkout.

Average hotel”
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and didn't really enjoy our stay. It was very cheap so you can't expect much but the rooms seemed dirty and the bathrooms were mouldy. The hot water was extremely temperamental - Sometimes it would be cold, other times extremely hot. The window in the first room we were in wouldn't close and the music from downstairs was so loud that we couldn't sleep. We requested to move to a quieter room and were told they are all the same, however we insisted and were eventually given another room which was much quieter. We also hired a scooter through the hotel and about 5 minutes after riding away it broke down. It is cheap though and I guess you get what you pay for but there are other hotels in the area for the same price that are better quality.

Nice hotel for good price”
We arrived pretty late but the people were still there to let us in and greeted us warmly. The area was convenient and walkable to everything. We had no problems with our room and the shower was pretty nice. It was a bit cold though. And the wifi was kinda slow.

Great location and in general good hotel for price”
A very roomy double-room, although one window did not close properly but with the weather in Da Lat what it is, not a problem. Nor was air conditioning necessary. Noise not a problem. And very close to local ambiance and eateries. A short 10 minute walk to main Da Lat markets and central area of town. Da Lat announces itself proudly as a "walking town" and at weekends between 7 - 9pm, you can walk around centre of town without vehicular traffic. Good idea for a large Vietnamese tourist town.

Get what u pay for”
We didn't pay a lot for the room so we got what we paid for, however it looked like the ceiling of our room had a lot of mold on it. The room was also extremely noisy, it looked onto a street and u could hear the traffic as if there was no window at all. The room was also surprisingly cold because of this as well.

Good location but old and small rooms”
nothing much i can say about this hotel on the good side except having the elevator, nice looking lobby n friendly receptionist. u can get better hotel around the same area with the same price. room is in very old condition being it standard or deluxe, wardrobe, windows, toilet etc looks old n rusty. windows is loose, so it will be noisy n hard to sleep when the wind is blowing.

Save cost = old hotel block, noisy, bad support”
When getting there, I found out that the price is not cheap. It's equal to the condition of the old hotel block they get me in. 2 queen-sized beds in small room, no place to put your suitcase down. Bad hot water system, uncontrollable. Glass windows but no heat and noise cancellation, so much noisy in the early morning. You even hear couple moaning in the room next door in the night. Be careful when asking for motorbike rent. You should have to pay the whole-day fee for 2-3 hours of rent before 7 am on the first day of staying or after 7 am on the last day because they assume that 1 day rental is from 7am to 7am next day. No clear explanation given.

It's ok but the staff is not as expectation”
- The receptionist (wearing glasses one) who is not friendly, professional, and a little bit stuck-up when she talks to Guests. - The room is not clean with old facilities. - Motorbike rental service in Hotel is not good, the receptionist (wearing glasses one) did not explain to Guests friendly, and she gave Guests to have an unsafe feeling when Guests park the motorbike in Hotel. - The receptionist (wearing glasses one) needs to improve communication skill, or needs to join a Customer Service course.

The stay is short, but it was a OK one. The location was so great. It will be like 5 minutes from their central market. I discovered it after I was charged 10.000vdn. Yes, it was the starting fare. It was a good stay after all.
