Disappointing and Disgusting ”
Hotel is dirty, lifts were not smooth, bathroom was dirty and smelly, entrance was steep with no disabled access, feel sorry for wheelchair and elderly people. Location was average with 7 mins walk to the Haram but coming back was a struggle as it was steep. Staff was friendly but could not compensate for all other issues. The hotel was overpriced for what it was probably four times more expensive than what it was worth. This hotel is definitely not recommended and needs upgrading.

Neither hotel nor staff is deserving”
The hotel sold us as 4stars but but it can't has even a Single star. Very terrible. Less than zero. This is their marketing strategy. They don't want anybody to visit second times therefore they don't care about customers. And due to disgrace , there are everyday regular fight and discussion with the customers. Besidess all Staff is also useless. My money is HARAM(illicit) for these cheaters. If they understands. Of course I already asked my money back from Agoda too. I will continue to write. Don't use this BARRACK . baraka = barrack. Theirselves is even accepting they aren't a hotel. Worthless barrack.

Near to Al Haram with affordable cost”
Stayed here during Hajj season. at only below 200 Riyal. Near to masjidil haram. Flat ground and street, don't have to climb hills to go to mosque.

I reached to the hotel & found it is lock when i tried to knock it, one guy came and told very strange that it is full & they told us to the check the neighboring Hotel which is also have same management then i approach to it due to critical need and then found the worst situation of the hotel. i will never recommend it again myself or to anyone else.

السبب وجود حمام مشترك للغرف ولا يتم تنظيفه بشكل مستمر ، الغرفة غير نظيفة، عدم توفير ادوات صحية. اساسية، يوجد تسريب ماء في دورة مياه، لا توجد نافذة للغرفة
