Good location as it is near to ben thanh market as well as the malaysian street. Halal restaurant located just in front of the hotel. Smooth check in and check out. Large bed.

The personal are all very helpfull. The hotel is quite close to Ben Tanh Market 10 - 12 mins walk. The restaurant of the hotel is ok and so is the breakfast. The hotel has a lift. Just outside the hotel you will find many restaurants and shops. The street outside the hotel, has a kind of a night market, so if you want a peaceful stay, ask for a room at the backside.. Minus: I find the price a little too high, if I compare with other hotels in Saigon.

Hotel location is just next to market and walking distance to sight seeing areas. No much facilities but value for money. We also booked two local tours from the hotel, one to Mekong delta fullday, and another to Cu Chi Tunnel half day. Both tours are unique and OK for me. I also want to point out that the hotel staff is very responsible person. On the way out, we ordered transport service from front desk. Everything is fine until we reached airport, the taxi driver asked for 600K VND(It should be 200K VND or less) and claim hotel never paid him the fare. I reluctantly paid and my wife later called the hotel front desk and told her the incident. She said she will refund us the money and 20mins later, a guy sent from hotel met us at airport and refunded us in full. It is not a good experience but I want to thank the hotel staff for taking the responsibility to serve the hotel guest to the best she can. Vietnam tourist must take this seriously or the tourism will go down gradually.

The staffs are very friendly and kind. I would recommend people who is travel to Saigon to chose this place for staying . The facility and locations are very convenient to go around cos it’s located in the centre of Saigon and we do not need to waste a lot of times . Will be back next time for sure.
