Clean and Helpful Staff”

Queen Mini Hotel was located near the bus station and many other restaurants. Motorbike and bicycle rental are available at affordable price. Staff are friendly and not pushy if you do not want to take up their travel package.

Nice hotel in a little street”

This hotel is not so easy to find it, because it is in a little street, but it very quiet. Staff is very prevenant and available for you, the rooms are very correct for the the price they are proposing. One effort for this hotel to be near perfect : to put an indication from the main steet, repairing all things broken (bowl toilet, borken door handle, holes in the wall...)

Wrong queen mini hotel”

for 1 thing it is cheaper to walk in off the street. and also there are 2 queen mini hotels in town, the 1 that you book here is the old run-down one(opposite the queen hotel). go 2 streets up towards the bridge over the railway lines and book into the new queen mini.

The hotel offers rental for motorbikes (manual and automatic) for a decent price. The hotel is also near dining places. Good location and good for backpackers.

Basic Hotel”

There is nothing special about this hotel. It's in an ok location, there isn't much around. There were two restaurants with English menus but I would walk down the street to Hot Potato. The ac and fan worked fine. The shower was weak but the bathroom was clean. There was no password for the wifi so I was weary of using it. It's really just an ok hotel. Fine for one night.

DON'T GO THERE ”

There is no good point staying at this hotel. The 4 beds dorm was dirty, the pillows more than dirty and no clean sheets. The worst part is that the owner accepts to turn the AC on only if the room is full... We were 3 guys in the 4 beds dorm but he didn't want... And it was really hot in there !! The dorm is at the third floor and the bathroom is at the ground, and it's just a tiny toilet with cold water... You can have so much better for the same price.

Food wasn't that great, but you can go somewhere else. Room and service was fine.

We took a double bed, the room and bathroom was clean. It's quiet and you have space. The aircon worked They have automatic motorbike and we rent one for 110 000dong.

Cockroaches everywhere. Rude staff that will not lift a finger to assist. Moldy walls. Bad smell. Would not recommend.

La habitacion no es nada mas que una cama, baños compartidos.. Muy positivo el personal me ayudo mucho y se mostro muy simpatico

le moins: la chambre était sale, les draps pas changés. La salle d'eau dégoutante, à 22H l’hôtel était fermé et on a attendu 30 min pour qu'on vienne nous ouvrir et le gardien de nuit était pas très commode : on nous a crié dessus le plus: le réceptionniste de la journée était sympa, l’hôtel loue des scooters et donne un plan et garde les sacs: c'est pratique! y a un restau super sympa à quelques mètres de l’hôtel sur la droite en sortant avec de la bière artisanale.

Cet hôtel comme tout ceux de la rue, appartiennent à la même famille. Une vraie mafia,attention impossible d'acheter des tickets de bus à d'autres personnes!...

Der Besitzer begrüßte uns schon am Morgen mit einer starken Alkohol-Fahne. Er war überfreundlich, dieser Zustand konnte aber schnell in einen aggressiven Zustand wechseln, wenn ihm etwas nicht passte. Das Zimmer war dreckig und verfallen. In den Betten waren überall Flecken und Haare vom Vormieter, die Toilette war gleich verstopft, obwohl wir das Papier im Mülleimer entsorgt haben.
