Would recommend this hotel highly”
I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone wanting to visit Da Nang. The hotel cleanliness is well above standard. The staff ranging from bellboy, receptionist, restaurant waitresses and chefs are extremely polite, helpful, friendly, informative, kind, hard-working people that cannot work any harder to offer guests the best possible stay at the Queen’s Finger. Breakfast was a large choice of both Western and Asian influences cooked freshly and presented accordingly. The dinning room was clean, inviting space. The bedrooms/ensuite was immaculate/comfy with daily cleaning and fresh towels. Reception was clean, helpful, and polite. Added bonus to this beautiful is the roof top pool and bar with its great views across the city. I stared it five on this site as this is the highest option however this hotel deserved a lot highest scoring. Its also very close to the beach and a short walk/taxi to the river for viewing the bridges and sampling Vietnamese eateries.

Queen's Finger Hotel was a Gem!”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Queen's Finger Hotel, I can highly recommend it. First the staff was super nice, super helpful, every single one was friendly so thank you for that! The location is excellent, close to the beach and close to several coffee shops and bars that have excellent craft beer. The room was clean and comfortable, AC was perfect. Now the kicker was the rooftop pool and bar. Wow! I spent each night up there watching the sunset and it was beautiful. I think it was supposed to close at 10pm but there were a few different people hanging out up there and the staff stayed open until past 11pm, which was super kind. Also they rent motor bikes for a good price. So, in summary, you cannot go wrong staying here, great place and great value.

The best holiday in Da Nang!”
☑️Located 10-min away from the airport and very near to the city proper as well ☑️Beach front is just a 5-min walk away ☑️A lot of food stalls nearby, convenient stores, cafes etc, all are walking distance only ☑️Room is big and spacious same as the toilet (has bidet as well) ☺️☺️☺️ ☑️The swimming pool and the view at the roof top is a steal 😍😍😍 ☑️Water pressure is so strong and has hot and cold options ☑️They also arrange city tour services, you just need inform ☑️They have elevators so no need to worry especially if you're situated at the upper floors ☑️They provide free bicycle usage which is very convenient to roam around the area ☑️They do daily housekeeping, if you don't want you can just place the DND sign at the door knob (though they will still give you fresh towels daily) ☑️Daily buffet breakfast is so-so but delicious as well ☑️Accepts cash and card payments ☑️Got safety vault inside to keep safe your valuables ☑️Staff can speak English and is very accommodating too ☑️Less than 10min motor ride to Dragon Bridge, Sun Asia World Park, APEC Park and 15min for Marble Mountains ☑️Very cheap rates for grab bikes if you want to go to places ❌Not much activities at night ❌Not much options of foods within the neighbourhood ❌Too quiet at night, maybe not for people who chose to party at night 😆

The hotel was value for money ... Included breakfast. Had a good view on the top floor. We enjoyed everything in the hotel except on the day of checkout in the morning I realised my smart watch was missing from the table which i left in the room a day before when we went for sight seeing. As we were getting late and I thought i might have put my watch in some bag, but after reaching home i couldnt find my watch. It seems to be my mistake to keep things open in the room while stepping out. Big bummer in the trip. Be careful if you are staying in any Vietnamese hotel. Protect your things and valuables.

We recommend this hotel so much! The price is unbelievable for what service you have here. Lily and all the other staff are just Awesome. Its very cool you can rent bikes for free. The highlight of everything is a great, clear and big pool on The rooftop! The beach is within 3min walking distance You should definately come here when visiting Da Nang. We came back to FIVITEL Queen and were not disappointed. We tried other Hotels in Da Nang but you can’t get a better deal in this price range than in this Hotel. The staff is so nice, the breakfast is great and has a variety everyday. The cleanliness in the room / housekeeping is top notch! We will come back again!

We had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff is extremely welcoming, polite, supportive, while the room was very clean and fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay such as towels, hair dryer, amenities, water, slippers, etc. What we liked best: * Infinity Rooftop Pool (without big glass windows) * great service * comfy bed and crisp white sheets * excellent location (minimart in front of the hotel, close to the beach, best area with restaurants/ cafés around) * free bikes * breakfast buffet (egg-bar, fresh fruits, noodles, Pho) We extended our stay, because we liked this hotel so much!

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast (mostly Asian style). Pity that people are allowed to smoke at swimming pool. It was quiet enough to get a good sleep, yet all the amenities at walking distance.

We had a brilliant stay at the Queens finger. The staff were so friendly, smiley and helpful at all times. There was a wide variety of food at the breakfast buffet and the kids loved the rooftop pool.

This hotel is very nice of the service, Staff are very helpful, specialy Sunny!! She are so sunny same as her name haha, I arrived there a bit early, I cant check in but there are allowed me to left my bag there for awhile, room is nice , small but good for this price 550 thb include buffet breakfast, I stayed for 3 nights because I really enjoy it, they have a sky bar at the rooftop, you can also order food to your room, they have a lot of food for breakfast for you to should and at my stayed they have been change some menu everyday too, it good for me to have different kind of food. I would stay there again if I going back to Danang. Thanks to you all.

My Favorite of Six Hotels in Danang”
During a month in Danang, I tried six different hotels, between $10 and $26. Queen’s Finger was at the expensive end but is the only one I returned to for another stay. They deliver on what you would expect from the photos and descriptions online. No disappointments. I received charming welcomes and friendly, competent service from fluent English speakers Lily and Mary. In any hotel, having staff who are capable and approachable makes a big difference. My room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. Comfortable bed. No noise from other guests or outside the hotel. The breakfast is good, including exotic fruits. A chef prepares eggs to your liking. The WiFi was fast but a non-secure, open connection. The roof pool and view are impressive. There is no fitness center but the beach is only a 5-minute walk. Good location, lots of bars and restaurants, and a 24-hour convenience store opposite. A well-managed hotel with a good attitude. If the price seems right, go for it.

Nice hotel, just checked in today, my daughter has been wanting to play beach volleyball for days and when we asked the front desk where we could purchase a volleyball they went out of their way making phone calls and looking online and found us one to purchase just a few blocks away which was greatly appreciated and put a huge smile on my daughters face . All around amazing service, breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots to choose from including eggs/omelettes and pancakes made to order, fresh fruit, cereal, Asian cuisine, tea and coffee. All staff extremely helpful and speak english. Thank you !!
