Lovely accommodation and views”
Stayed 3 nights here in December 2017. The hotel is immaculately presented - new, clean and comfortable - and staff friendly and helpful. Vietnamese breakfast of either noodle soup or fried egg and baguette was included. It is approx 15 mins walk to the main part of the city centre, but the walk is scenic along the lake and past the cinema and bowling complex at the lake, and there are restaurants and cafes in the vicinity if you prefer. It is up a bit of a hill (unpaved road) from the main road which runs along the lake, but only about 3 mins walk and nice views on way up/down. Taxis can pick you up and drop you off right into the hotel car park by using the top road, and Phuong Trang (FUTA) buses from the coast arrive at the bus station not far from the hotel and include a free drop off at your hotel, so Queen Villa is easy to reach upon arrival. If you plan to use Sinh Tourist or the like, they won't collect you from this location, but I only paid about £1.20/37,000VND for a taxi.

Lovely hotel in Dalat”
We stayed two nights at this hotel and we loved it. The hotel itself is beautifully designed from outside, and the room was very nice, very comfy, the wifi and TV cable worked well. The staff Ms. Nhung is absolutely wonderful, she made sure we get everything we need, she cooked us breakfast every morning, and reminded us what time the tour bus will pick us up the next morning. The view from our hotel room was great too, since it sits on top of the hill we could see the neighborhood and the surrounding. I wished we could stay longer in Dalat, I would definitely be back to this hotel if I return to Dalat again.

Comfortable luxury at an affordable price in a good location. In the rolling hills of Da Lat, overlooking the lake. Most rooms have a nice little balcony to take glances at nature.

This turned out to be a nice place. White, French colonial hotel on the hill. A bit of a walk from the action, but all in all a good stay. Reception was helpful in arranging tours, and ongoing transport. Good breakfasts... spotless clean.

简直是巨坑”
看图片以为是高大上的皇家酒店，来到后首先是长达150米接近45°角的斜坡，拿着行李箱的我们一脸懵，来到前台也没有人帮忙提行李，办理入住后才发现这是个私人住宅改造的旅馆，订的大床房居然是地下室，进房间后惊呆了什么都没有！建议不要订这里希望我的分享能让以后的朋友不要再被坑了！

A good hotel near the old railway station 大叻旧火车站旁的不错选择”
the reason I chose this hotel is that，near the old railway station and the hotel is on the hill. Want to make some different experience among the 4 days travel in Dalat. Actually I'm satisfied with it,very new and comfortable. The room is clean and equipped with all I need. All the people here is smiling and friendly. Breakfast simple but delicious. In the night, it's quiet around. Some restaurants and coffee shop around. My supper and shopping was done in Big C ,(a modern shopping mall)which is 10mins on feet under the hill. From the hotel , it's very easy to walk to the old railway station and then take a train trip . After that , walked to the art market and The Alexander Yersin high school. if don't want to stay in city centre anymore, Queenville is a good choice. 选择这家酒店的原因 是因为4天的大叻行程 不想都住在闹市区里， 而这个酒店在半山上 离大叻旧火车站步行只要五分钟。事实上这个选择没错 全新的酒店 房间设施完善 。家庭式经营 服务态度友好热情 早餐简单但美味。从酒店 走路去BigC购物中心需时十分钟，走路去旧火车站 沿着门口的下坡路 五分钟可达 可搭火车去灵福寺看看 也可从火车站走路去大叻女子高中 途中会经过欧美游客聚集的越南刺绣博物馆,这两个点很漂亮，中国游客少

这家酒店必须好评，酒店位置很好，离火车站、超市都很近，五分钟走到湖边，酒店的顶楼阳台可以俯瞰大叻城，景色很美，却又不吵，可谓闹中取静。酒店的设施也很好，大厅漂亮，房间也挺宽敞，床单被罩毛巾都很新，床也很舒服，卫生间干净漂亮，洗澡水充足，有电水壶，酒店顶楼还能晾晒衣服，总之一切都很方便。酒店的服务也让人满意，无论酒店的大厅餐厅还是客房，所到之处全都干干净净，一尘不染，早饭是牛肉河粉，牛肉很多，味道很好。员工也很热情，尤其是老板还允许我使用他们的厨房做饭，让我这个吃腻了越南菜的中国胃总算吃到了可口的饭菜，非常感谢！我来越南旅游差不多一个月了，这是我住的最满意的一个酒店，也是性价比最高的酒店，推荐入住！

Khách sạn mới, sạch đẹp. Mình đặt phong bao gồm ăn sáng nhưng lễ tân ks nói phải phụ thu mới được ăn sáng còn ko thì ngủ phòng dưới tầng hầm thì mới có ăn sáng. Chẳng có gì to tát nhưng Như vậy la ko đúng với giá phòng mình đã đặt.

Tôi có đặt phòng ngày 26/7 nhưng do quá vội đã đặt nhầm ngày 27/7, khi gần đến Đà Lạt là 10 đêm mới phát hiện ra trước khi đến khách sạn, tôi có gọi đến khách sạn để xin hỗ trợ chuyển ngày được không, nhưng lễ tân báo sẽ hỏi và gọi lại nhưng đợi mãi thì không thấy có hồi âm, rất thất vọng về nhân viên tại nơi này

На респшене всегда ни кого . Приходится искать персонал)) Были там в праздники, местным жителям ( вьетнамцам ) глубоко по хер, что вы хотите спать в 6 утра ! Они орали на весь отель от радости , что заселяются . А так в целом хороший отель.
