Very nice warm room. Shower though not very powerful but being on top floor I guess pressure is pretty low Housekeeping came in just to tidy an replenish tea coffee except they didn’t leave tea bags then did not do at all on the next day for some reason. Apart from that had a lovely stay all staff were very lovely. Would stay again

Obviously my visit was out of season, [Nov] but the staff were great and attentive, the premise was clean, loved the pool and sauna to relax after a day at University. The room was always clean, bed to die for that I struggled to get out of everyday, the curtains let no light in at all and I wasn't woken by unnecessary traffic or hotel noise. The shower was hot but took some time for hot water to come through, the shower gel and shampoo was gorgeous. Breakfast was always good, hot and with a good selection of food. The bar is nice and relaxing and reasonable prices. Overall I would definitely stay again and the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth so far.

The receptionist was awful. Repeated herself, didn’t listen to the answers. 3 lots of people checked in with another receptionist whilst we went over the same thing constantly. Breakfast was good. Bedroom (103) was immaculate. Cold shower though! We used our friends room. Everything was great apart from the check in and the shower. The same receptionist asked us to wait to check out but we popped our cards on the side and left. If we’d waited for her to check us out then we’d probably still be there now!!

The hotel is not too far from the station and beach and overall is a nice hotel for a short stay. The rooms are a decent size and clean. The staff can be more attentive however. The breakfast was good with a good selection.

Staycation with young child ”
It was our first time in Bournemouth. We stayed for three nights. The location was by east cliff and great spot to play by the sea and more quieter. The hotel itself was a pleasant stay and our six year son loved it. We stayed in a junior suite and it was a good size. One of the main things we thought could be improved is the room could have been better prepared the floors were sticky which looked like coffee stains. The floor seemed to be quite thin so the floor below could hear us walking normally. Overall the staff were friendly and accommodating, breakfast was great with lots of choices and the swimming pool was a adequate size for families. We definitely go back to stay there. Not too bad, but could be improved”
Overall the hotel is in need of refurbishment. Having said that, our room(422) didn't look too tired and was pretty comfortable for a 2 night stay. As someone already mentioned water pressure in the shower is pretty poor. We arrived at 2pm and were straightaway told that check-in was after 3pm, eventhough the booking email said check-in is after 2pm. Would still recommend it due to its location and price.

The location is great and that’s the only good thing about the hotel. Our room wasn’t clean even we put please make up my room sign at the doorknob. We had to went to the reception TWICE to ask for service. The wall is very thin and we can hear everything single thing the other rooms say. Would recommend to stay somewhere else.

Will definitely get back here everything was good 👍🏻 Great location, nice clean rooms and lush decoration. Shame steam sauna wasn't working and some tails in Jacuzzi were falling which has giving me a very bad wound I believe they have to fix it. In overall it was a great experience will definitely stay here again

Bad: water pressure in shower was poor, swimming pool was cold and looked tired with dirty areas,. Good: staff were great, food was very nice, location was spot on.
