A memorable visit”
The moment we entered the Hotel, we were greeted by Annie (Hotel Tour Staff Member). Annie's command of English was exceptional, she helped us decide what tours to take and when to fit them in to our tight schedule. Annie also arranged our transfers to/ from the Airport and a local private cab, so we could visit the tourist sites in Hanoi. The Hotel itself was very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and everything inside it, functioned. The location of the Hotel worked very well, as most of the old quarter sites could be accessed. To summarise: An excellent Hotel with exceptional staff; the fundamental components for a pleasant visit.

Would love to be back”
I used the services here when they offered the discount for my rooms. It was very cheap so I was not expected to have any special services but they did it so well that made me extremely amazed. Right when I arrived to the hotel, they upgraded my room to a higher room which have more view to the capital centre. With the price that they offered, I was not expect the hotel would be 4 star standard but it really is. The location is very good for you to enjoy the beauty of Hanoi that all of the things you need are all around. Compared to any similar hotel, it is quite small room but I am a Vietnamese, I know that in this area. Except from paying A LOT MORE, you would have a bigger room but it does not worth to me so I didn't do that. I had an amazing Hanoi trip with a lot of food and amazing places. Excellent hotel. Helpful and friendly staff”
We had a very pleasant stay at Quoc Hoa. The staff was extremely courteous to us. We were even upgraded to a bigger room than the one we booked, which was a very nice gesture of them. To be honest, the included breakfast was pretty average but the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel more than made up for it. Don't hesitate to book your stay here.

Great Hotel in Perfect Location”
I would recommend thsi hotel to anyone looking. It is a great place to stay in the Old Quarter in Hanoi, and is a conveniently located nearby to sites/shopping/Bia Hoi spots. The hotel staff were very nice and hospitable, and the rooms are very clean. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Its location is closed with restaurant, bar , club and also near the street food, it takes about 5mins from hotel to get to those. And Hotel rooms are clean, good facilities.All of staff are friendly, patient especially @Annie is so nice at explaining the things to do in Old Quarters.

Great value for money ... boutique hotel in old quarter near all action. “ Lily adds value to the hotel having fluent English and a wealth of information.” Hiring a free university walking guide on line to guide you through the old and French quarters is well worth it.. We did it on two separate mornings and they really enjoy the experience and tip... Few pitfalls Breakfast area with no separate bar so enjoying a glass of wine at night in same area not exciting.. Caution when booking room as some are much smaller and face a brick wall... strongly suggest doing three day hike through Sapa villages which is a five and half hour busride

Awesome stay at Quoc Hoa! Their staff were friendly and accommodating, room is clean and facilities are good. Breakfast was buffet but I was a bit sad that only Pho ga (chicken Pho) was available and it did not taste really good so the next few days we decided to go out for breakfast. Other than that, totally satisfied with the stay here and will come back!

Great accommodation in the city center”
We spend in Hanoi 1 week in the hotel. Breakfast - really full of everything what you want! In the city center - you can find there lot of street foods, shops, bars and coffee bars. Hotel was clean and we were really satisfied and happy from staff - Hoai Phuong. She was really helpful, she told us everything about the city sights, food and if we need transport to the Sapa, she was there to help us. I think she is the fifth star of this hotel. My recommendation to communicate with her - you will be surprised how awesome she is. Thanks to this hotel for really nice services and accommodation. When we will travel to the Hanoi we will travel to this hotel again.

I stayed there 3 nights with my boyfriend as we visiting Hanoi for first time. This hotel has made our trip more blessing and relaxing. The hotel is in the heart of Hanoi and going other places seems to be more convenient especially in term of cost of taxi. Strongly recommend this hotel for anyone first time travelling in Hanoi. Great accommodations for the price”
We had a great time staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we got upgraded for free. Not sure why exactly, but the room was gorgeous and had a big bed and view of the city. Our friends stayed in smaller rooms but they were still comfortable and clean. The hotel was in a great location and was easy to walk to most things we did. If we needed a car, the concierge was helpful in ordering one for us and telling the driver where we needed to go. We would stay here again.

Great modernized smaller hotel in the old quarter”
The room was on the small side but well set up, clean and comfortable. In the shower the water pressure was dismal and there was only warm water in the shower in our room on the 9th floor. However, the water pressure and temperature at the sink was not a problem. The elevator only went to the 8th floor but the bell boy helped carry the suitcases to and from the 8th to 9th floors.
