Pros: located at ferry terminal.....right across the 7-11, decent price in comparison to other hotels, Cons: u will here the ferry horns, its a newer place but doesn't seem to have been built very good as already is showing signs of shady construction, poor choice of black tiles for bathroom as well doesn't help it look clean, younger staff workers need better training, I'd stay here again....but some improvements are needed IMO.

for the money its decent......its right where u come off the ferry. Beaches/restaurants are within walking distance if ur not lazy....7-11 across the street. U will here the ferry horn every departure but it was ok

Bad cleanliness stay in my life”
The room cleanliness is very terrible.The bathroom is still dirty, have some leftover from the previous guess, the room have spiders web and thousand of ants. The staff is unhelpful and unfriendly when i ask them to check that the hot water from shower is not working. Not recommend to stay here at all.

Modern for Samet”
Pros: refurbished and modern rooms--many other Samet hotels are a bit old or run-down. Decent bathroom. Near the dock yet not noisy. 7/11 nearby and you don't have to hassle with taxis. Good value. Cons: If you want to be on the beach and feel like you are at Samet, then consider something on the beach. I liked the view with lawn-chairs, but do ask them to wipe them off.

I think many people will walk past this hotel without realizing it is there. I booked for 3 nights and am very glad I did. Everything is on your doorstep, 7 eleven, laundry, ATM, etc. Its a 5 minute walk to the street with bars etc and 7 mins to the most popular beach. I walked everywhere but there are quads and bikes for rent. Staff, ( 4 young girls ) were very helpful and always smiling. Very glad I chose this hotel. Hot water, laundry etc all perfect. Nice TV, but hardly any English channels, but that was OK as I usually watch my laptop.

Clean but overpriced since it is not on the beach”
Modern design, exactly as it looks in photos. Enjoyed the interior of the room, decent size with a view of 7/11 and the pier. Bathroom was decent sized and there was a hot shower. Pricey stay though since it is not on the beach. Also, paying guests shouldn't have to pay to play on the pool tables. Close to bike rentals and is quiet enough from the party area.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel, the staff where very helpful and the food was fresh and delicious. The only negative is the rooms are on the small side and far from main beach but you can rent motorcycle in front of the hotel

Facilities ok but rooms are overpriced”
Our stay was alright. Room was clean, had aircon, hot water and a fridge. Considering the price, however, I had nicer rooms in Thailand for half the price. Staff is friendly but passive. They didn't actively take care of us but tried their best to help when we asked them. Location is next to harbor, which means 10-15min walk to the beach. Rooms will not be cleaned if keys are not given to desk - which we weren't informed about and which can also be inconvenient because the desk is only staffed until 21:00.

Overpriced Overpriced. Small room, darke bathroom, no windows ....with black walls. Difficult to shave. Shower had no power. No free water.....No tea making facility. Would not return. Worst hotel in 10 years travelling in Thailand.
