Nice hotel for our quick stop in Glasgow”
My husband and I only had one night to spend in Glasgow and chose Radisson RED Hotel. We liked the fact that it is centrally located, has ample parking right at the hotel. We found many of the the sights we wanted to visit, like the University and the Hunterian Museum, as well as the central part of town, were within a short walking distance from the hotel.

Almost Great”
The hotel has that something extra that makes it different and we really enjoyed our stay for the Andre Rieu concert. All the staff were magic and “Glasgow friendly” but please sort out the breakfast arrangements. There were plenty of friendly staff but at times disorganised and in need of someone (management) to organise and focus the activities. The kitchen seems to lack the capability to produce the quantity of breakfasts required to prevent Qs of 30+ people forming. Is that another organisational issue or does it just not have the capability? Although not from the city I am a Glasgow trained and educated engineer and do love the place especially after over 50 years overseas.

Right next to SECC and Hydro in Glasgow ”
East check in , Staff great attitude and within walking distance over to our concert venue . Stopped in the pub after concert and rounded of an enjoyable evening . All staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly

Modern funky hotel ”
Me and my teenage daughter loved the raddison red our room was very modern the super hero theme is Amazing and our room was.very spacious and very clean the toilet was massive, loved the shower. We were top floor so we had a view. We also loved the sky bar which u must see if staying at this hotel.The beds have to be one of the best I've slept in and I'd definitely recommend the breakfast, you'll not need to eat anything else all day so much variety from crossiants to cereal to full English. This is also a dog freindly hotel so next time we will be bringing ours, not that we saw many dogs at all. All in all I'd highly recommend this hotel it's modern has Amazing rooms food is lovely and the staff really can't do enough for you, so freindly .we will be coming back

Excellent for SEC visits ”
Stayed here for one night to go to a concert in the Hydro. Very spacious, no frills but had all essentials. Very friendly, helpful staff and great bars and eatery. Only negative was very slow service in the Oui Bar and need more evening staff to accommodate events at the venues nearby. Price was very good and will definitely be our hotel of choice when going to an event here.

Never stayed in a Radison Red before but I would definitely book again. Lovely modern decor. Happy friendly staff. This particular Radison was a stones throw away from our music venue. Could not be better placed!

Clean modern hotel. For the price would have expected breakfast included though. Shame they don't do room service too...very awkward having to carry tray of food and beverage from restaurant to my room. Apart from that had a lovely stay.

Great room with amazing view. My partner and I travel all the time and we very much enjoy a breakfast particulary if you are paying a fairly reasonable price. The selection of cold food was good, the hot food really was to be desired. The scrambled egg had split, sausages were cold and I understand that the Hotel is not a Scottish chain but it would be nice to have haggis, black pudding on the menu at least. The Skybar would have been good if we had managed to get in, we asked several times over a period of time but it was always too full.

No bath, no food available, no wifi”
I arrived at 11pm after a long journey. The room was charged at £200 a night but the lobby, facilities and setup were the level of a budget hotel. The wifi wasn't working in my room; the receptionist said that was often a problem on the top floors and suggested that I come down and sit in the lobby. I was starving after the train had cancelled its trolley service and was told that the bar couldn't even sell me a packet of peanuts after the kitchen closed at 10pm. The rooms are very spacious but the radisson red brand doesn't do bathtubs - showers only. Overall the experience was at travelodge level - which would have been fine, if that had been what I paid for and booked for.

Hey! Thanks for your feedback with regards to your recent stay here at RED Glasgow. I am sorry that you were disappointed with your stay, I am sorry that there are no baths in the rooms. This is not part of the RED standard to have baths in the rooms for Glasgow. In stead we have large walk in shower, this is also part of the hotels responsible business outlook to reduce water wastage. I am sorry that we could not manage to get your wifi working in the room, usually our team are great at fixing issues like this. Unfortunately our kitchen does close at 10pm, however I am shocked that we were unable to provide you with some crisps or small bites.
