We had a fantastic experience at Rajtani Hotel! The location is perfect — right in the heart of an interesting neighbourhood, close to bus/taxi stands and markets, including the absolutely delectable night market. We had two adjoining rooms for our family of four; they were clean and well-supplied, with good daily housekeeping, decent internet, and mini-fridges. Comfy and spacious air-con lobby was a plus — as a place to hang out or stop for a rest mid-day — and the staff were helpful. Overall, would highly recommend!

Great stay for a one night stop. ”
Diamond in the rough. I would recommend this as it is right at the last buss stop from the airport. The airport shuttle takes you all the way here from downtown. Make sure you don't pay a cab 500 Baht. Hotel is clean and very nice. Only negative thing is that the beds are like sleeping on hard cardboard, but air conditioning and shower worked well. Enjoy!

I stayed there one night while waited for my ferry to Koh Phangan. The place is awesome. Located in the middle of Surat Thani. Very close to the street food market and bus station. The room was nice and clean. Stuff is very friendly and helpful they helped me with a joint ticket to Koh Phangan.

Everything is great”
Just located nearby the Bus station, Phantip tour which you can book your ferry and bus tickets and night market. All these are just less than 3 minutes walk. Besides, room is very clean and comfortable. Staffs are helpful and friendly too. Highly recommended!

Strategic Location”
Strategic location, as it is near to Saturday & Sunday night market. Our family quadruple room was spacious. This room is beside the main road therefore it was noisy at nite as u can hear vehicle passing by. Lobby Interior was beautiful and creative, many food stalls/shops available around the area. We enjoyed our stay, thx.

Low marks on building charm but high marks on everything else. Location: next to popular area; beside transit hub; very easy to get around Staff: front desk helpful and friendly; cleaning staff does a great job and friendly; I fell ill (dehydration) the manager helped coordinate with hospital and kept an eye on me Air con, water pressure/temp, noise level (at night), security ALL very good

The room was good size. The staff were polite. Location was good too. Hotel uses laundry company from local area. They did not allow enough time for our clothes to dry. Also, they did not iron our clothes properly. Not the hotels fault. But I would not use the laundry service there anymore.

This hotel is very suitable for my last day before going back. It’s near to the transport hub, night market, FamilyMart, 7Eleven everything just walking distance. The hotel is clean the only cons is they don’t have kettle for hot water. You need to ask hot water at their lobby cafe. Overall i a good stay

Front desk could be more acommodating”
We turned up at this place at 4am after traveling for 22hrs to be greeted by a very impolite receptionist who wanted to charge us the night 700 baht for 2hrs in a room then 300 to check in 6am to our room which was extortionate. I refused and ended up sitting in the loby till 6am which was not very good especially when the room was clearly not ocuppied at the time after refusing they let us check in at 6am with no cost. I would have been happy to pay an early check in fee but to pay 700 baht for 2hrs the early check in of 300 baht thats alot and the room was empty as nobody had psmassed us in the lobby and the room was unused when we entered. Other than this the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The other staff were polite as were security. I would stay again but take offence at trying to be extorted out of money for the sake of checking in 2 or 3 hrs earlier than the 6am early check in time when the room wasnt even occupied thats bad customer service.

Definitely worth a stay! ”
The location is strategic where you can find night market, shopping mall and convenience stall within walking distance. They provide shuttle bus to airport at a price of 100baht per pax. But one can easily use grab to book a transfer to airport instantly. Please take note that this hotel doesn’t provide any shampoo or body wash. But this is not a problem as you can get one nearby.
