Dear Ramada Meridin Managment, I would love to express my gratitude towards the hotel and staff. This is my 3rd time i have visited and stay in this hotel, everytime i am going to visit Legoland with my family. Check in on 6 Jan 2020 @ 10am, check out 8 Jan 2020 , 1300hrs. We are staying in room : 52512. So the compliments begins with the hotel lobby staff upon check in, no delays, fast, very polite and very2 friendly. was welcome happily by them. Complimentary refreshing drinks was served at the lobby while waiting for check in. smell of the hotel lobby is so relaxing. Bell man help us all the way for our luggage to be brought to our rooms. very friendly. We love having breakfast there and lunch and dinner at the.. We try room service and dine in, and even the pools.. my both kids love the pool that much.. we swim for almost 3 hours playing at the pool. we brought our own kids amenity like kids and baby float. The hotel rooms are super clean and neat and tidy!

Superb service from front desk to security guards”
First arrival at front desk, greeted with charming ladies that says check in followed by prompt and smiling service. Next into the room, clean neat and spacious room, aircon has some settings issues and felt hot, less than 5 mins after our ring, contractors were up at our room. Breakfast staff was attentive to our needs, immediate and quick service whenever we ask for something. Overall is a terribly good experience that i did not expect for this hotel, impressive service and i hope this will be kept up all the time! Definitely going back again! Kids love the pool and me the gym. The management has done a awesome job on this, even the security guards are responsive, they make sure your car is in good hands. All hotel employees service with a smile, its wonderful.

Attractive price, spacious room. Very comfy bed and very clean. I love everything in the room Very friendly staffs and very smooth check in and check out I'm impressed with the food price in the coffee house. Extremely low compared to the food. Hotel food with very lie price. I could kd say cheaper than the stall price. The taste is great too The hotel has indoor and outdoor gyms and also walking track for briskwalk. Really amazing. Family trip to Legoland”
Ramada Meridin is an absolutely amazing hotel if you are traveling with both your kids to Legoland. Located within 10-15 mins walking distance of Legoland Johor Bahru, the hotel offers excellent features. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to Legoland every morning between 10-10:30AM and return shuttle between 5-5:30PM. For example step into level 5 and you will be amazed at the spectacular view of the pool area, outdoor fitness center and walkways which will give you calmness that you soul seeks. Not only that, the continental buffet breakfast is very nice and offers great options. The rooms are big and particularly the family suite rooms which we booked through Agoda at an amazing rate! Not only that both the bathroom's were great too and comes with separate bedrooms. Yes its a bit far away from the City but if you are looking for a calm and quiet environment which is also windy, do not give a second through for this property.

Everything was good except Breakfast”
Pros: spacious room, new building, clean. Cons: first day (Sunday) breakfast was ok, second day (Monday) breakfast was horrible, the room rate on second night was even higher. Coffee machine out of order, why can't they replaced it? Since there is another one from west wing cafe? No eggs station on Monday, the fried rice was basi already.. basically the breakfast was horrible ... understand that it is fasting month now, but please do consider non fasting as we paid for the room rate too. Thanks.

This is the 2nd time this year 2019, 1st in march 27 and 2nd time was july 15. The services and staff, as always meet our expectations. Staff was so friendly from the time we arrive at the lobby , bellman, front, desk staff, security, housekeeping, restaurant staff and chef. Everywhere we go, The staff of the hotels, always give a smile, warmly welcome us. Say hello. They are just so friendly. We stayed in a premium suite at level 30. One of the greatest service i have received, was a call up from the front desk, checking with me. How was the room? Is the room ok? Anything that we need ? Are we comfortable? This makes u like a vip in the place. Rooms were clean. Food is good, staff are friendly, checking in and checking out are fast. View of the hotel are great, and not forgetting the gym and the swimming pools. Swimming pools are huge. Good for kids and also adults. Nice view on swimming. Restaurant and swimming pools located same floor.. what more can i ask? Everything is great.

The hotel is new, very clean and the staff are friendly. Walking distance to Legoland, can take a Grab car for 5 ringgit. The breakfast was good with lots of food to choice from and also accommodating staff and waiter. Best value for a 5 star hotel. Will book again soon. Thank you

Looks new, Clean, spacious, near to legoland, secure, helpful staff”
This place is great and new! Spacious, clean room & bathroom! Just one thing, the place is so quiet. The city itself is super quiet, so it's understandable. It's just that you know, it can get a little creepy if you have like a child-like imagination or something. But the building is new and secure so nothing to worry about.

Prior to booking a Premium Suite, the hotel Facebook page was responsive and provided useful information to me. The spacious 2 BR apartment comes with 2 toilets, a dining area, a living room, and a yard to air/dry clothes. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had a calming view of a forested area and mountains further away. The windows in the living room and bedrooms could be opened slightly for those who like to have fresh air instead of using the air-con. The food at Delish restaurant on Level 5 was superb. The ala carte menu for lunch and dinner on weekdays included Western and Asian favorites. Every dish looked great (Instagram-worthy), was served with a smile, portion was generous, and tasted great. Dining at Delish was also value-for-money. Ramada Meridin has 3 pools. The main infinity pool has jacuzzis at the sides and the two smaller pools caters for kids (wading pool) and for aqua-aerobics. An enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Easy check in, friendly staff, safe and secured, easy parking, swimming pools for adults and kids are clean and no restrictions, breakfast is buffet-style with variety of choices and delicious. Quite small bathroom but sufficient enough. Overall very recommended and already came for second time here.

Love the swimming pool”
Swimming pool is huge, with some water fearure at the kiddy pool. Breakfast is good, the freshly baked croissants are delicious!! They are baked round the clock because these are the hits among all. Room is great, and best of all it is located 2 3 minutes drive to Legoland. There is Medini mall nearby too, enough restaurants to satisfy our lunches and dinners.

Convenient stay for Legoland themepark, great restaurant!”
Quite a nice hotel in general, decent price. Shuttle bus operates everyday except Wednesdays. Bus was clean, only 5-10 minutes to get to Legoland's entrance. Hotel restaurant served great food and not expensive.
