I can stay there. ”
Stayed there Dec 2022 for 2 nights. Its all good for me. Everything i need is all there. They say they have a gym in the basement, but i haven't check it out. They serve buffet breakfast but i didnt avail one. Because there is a big hypermart across the street. So convenient. I was able to just walk from Rand hotel to Kingdom center (15-20min walk). Its totally walkable since its cold weather. The only minor issue for me is the room carpet. Its hard not to use the slippers, for hygenic purposes. Some stains are obvious on the carpet. Other than that, all are good. For TV, they have 1 english channel. Its a movie channel, so its not that bad. They also provide in room food service. They do have local food menu. I haven't tried it. For few days stay, I had a good experience.

I booked hotel with break fast 2 adult and 2 kidz. The manager and supervisor told me kidz are not included in breakfast. Face too much embarassment coz never happened with ne before. I said plz check my booking break fast included but they refused and charged. I advise not to book this hotel if you stay with kidz coz they will charge for breakfast

Great location with nice service and inexpensive c”
One of the best thing is the location. Although it is not right at the city center, the supermarket is across the stree with a nice steak houe at the right side next to the hotel and a bakery store supplying delicious arabic sweets at the left side next to the hotel. A street full of restaurant is within 5 minute walking. Besides, comfortable bedding and room design make me feel relax after a day of business visiting. For the next visit to Riyadh I'll choose to stay at Coral Suliemaniah.

A nice hotel for a short stay”
The hotel is a small hotel compared to other hotels I have stayed in Riyadh but the rooms are reasonably large, clean and well looked after. The bed was very comfortable and the staff always happy to help. The hotel in located near to a couple of supermarkets but there are no really nice restaurants nearby that I could find. There is a steak restaurant next door but it was only OK when I visited it so did not return.

Been staying this hotel for a few times. I like it because: - Location is near to main road, Olaya and others. - Near to Al Jazeera mall for groceries. - Near to some restaurants, like KFC, McD and chinese food. - Bank is next door. - Room is spacious and equipped with big bed. Improvements: - Increase English channels on TV. - Offer corporate rate for regular business travelers. - Add more variety to breakfast.

perfect location, surrounded by excellent restaurants where you will never run out of food ideas or places to eat. close by shopping and walking distance to major roads. Friendly staff too. Below standard maintenance as the hotel had a slight sewer odor that could not be fixed. the doors and locks and fixtures are of cheap quality and you can tell that this new 'sh hotel will not last long. This is a man's hotel mostly with very few families, but then again, so is the whole country.

Decent business hotel”
it's located in the busy suleimaniah district, opposite of al jazeera supermarket which is very convenient. lots of restaurants around (steaky is nice and you even get the wifi from the hotel inside). all the taxi drivers know the supermarket, so it's a good landamark to reach the hotel.
