Great and beautiful hotel, the room is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful and they pay attention to details. The gym is one the best equipped gyms I have ever seen for a hotel and it is spacious. Location is very good for me as it is only about 2-3 minutes walk to Huai Khwang MRT, it is well connected by train: 1) 1 station away from Thailand Cultural Centre- Train Night Market Ratchada 2) 3 stations away from Phetchaburi where you can change train at Makkasan for the Airport Rail Link 3) 6 stations away from Kamphaeng Phet where it is an entrance to Chatuchak Market 4) 4 stations away from Sukhumvit where you can find malls like Terminal 21 or change to BTS train. 5) 8 stations away from Silom about 15-20mins train ride) I will definitely choose Swissotel Le Concorde once again for my next stay!

We stayed over night here for 1 night in superior room. The hotel is close to the subway station, you just take only few minutes. We can go to the Ratchada night market easily just take the subway only 1 station. Very close to the convenience store and shopping mall. The room was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was really good.

This is my second stay at this Hotel in one of their executive rooms and my last review while good was a little critical of the potential of this Hotel. This time around I was exceptionally pleased with the level of service the cleanliness of the Hotel. I would usually prefer to stay at a 5 star Hotels but required to be in the local area and make no mistake this would have to be one of the best 4 star Hotels I have the pleasure of staying at and exceeds the level of service of some 5 star Hotels I have stayed at. I take this opportunity to thank the manager who is an absolute delight to deal with and her staff for such a pleasant stay.

The 1-bedroom suites are attractively furnished, not huge but fairly roomy and well-planned. They have all the modern amenities such as flat screen TV and DVD player. The pool is large and beautiful and there's a half-decent fitness room. Staff were at all times friendly and helpful. The building, amenities and rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. While it's not in a cozy or traditional area of the city, the Amantha Ratchada is in an ideal location as far as transportation and shopping are concerned. The MRT subway station Thailand Cultural Centre is just around the corner (exit 3). The BTS Skytrain at Sukhumvit (Asok) is only 15 minutes away. 2 MRT stops away is Petchaburi, with access to the Airport Link station at Makkasan if you're not carrying too much luggage, and a few steps away from the Klong Saen Saep canal boat system, for visiting most of the historical tourist attractions (temples and Grand Palace). If you give the address Ratchada soi 5 ("Ratchada soi ha"), the Amantha Ratchada is simple to find for any taxi driver in the city. A few steps beyond the MRT entrance is the Esplanade shopping mall, with a Tops supermarket and a large number of Thai, international and Chinese and Japanese chain restaurants with delicious items and a food hall where you can also take out Thai food for consumption in your apartment. The Espanade is full of attractive shops and many international brands. It also has a movie theatre with showings in English. Further on are the gigantic Carrefour Superstore with its own mini-mall and an equally huge Tesco Lotus. In fact, with so much retail availability close by, you might not find it necessary to head for Ratchaprasong or Siam for shopping. In the evening, there's street food between the Esplanade and Carrefour and a beer garden during the dry season. There's a large covered evening market back of the street as well. Ratchada night life is also near at hand (soi 6).

This is a great 4 star hotel! The location was perfect as I had to have a lot of dental work done at BIDC and it is a block away, and it is also very close to a few different train stations. There are fab shops and markets only meters from hotel, and the staff are more than happy to offer their advice on the best places to go. I thought the food was amazing, and the choice was great as their are a lot of different dishes from all over the world. I love that they offer free bottled water, and as much as you need. Check in and check out was easy and pain free, and the staff were all so lovely.... The only thing I could say that for a 4 star hotel I thought made my stay not as comfortable as it could be was the beds...... They are extremely HARD!! I have travelled to many countries around the world and stayed in anything from 1 star to 5 and have never experienced beds so hard. But in the grand scheme of things the good points definitely out weigh the bad, and for such great room prices I will definitely be booking at the Emerald when I return next year. Thanks

this is third time i stay in cmyk ratchada in six months times. the staffs are very friendly and they even recognised me and asked me when is my next trip to bangkok again! the room is clean and nice with a very reasonable price. great location with less than 5 minutes walk from mrt and night market. i can easily find foods round the clock when i feel hungry. cmyk ratchada definitely my first choice for my future trips to bangkok!

I have booked a double room (superior) at Prom Ratchada for one night. I showed up around noon but the check-in time was 2pm, so I went out for shopping and came back around 2pm to get the room key. They collected THB500 (five hundred Baht) for access key deposit, which you will get back upon check-out. The room was really big & spacious. Double bed was big and very comfortable. Air conditioner was great too! There were shower cream, shampoo, hair conditioner provided in the bathroom. I quite like the hotel though there were something disturbed me. At night, my next door room with small children screamed and cried until midnight. I think perhaps the wall was too thin so it was a bit noisy. And from around 7am, I heard the housekeeping staff talking via walkie-talkie outside the room. And that's until check-out time or around noon. That's a bit annoying because I woke up because of their noise. By the way, I did not hear any noise from the streets at all, maybe because my room was on the top floor. Prom Ratchada is located in a sub-street behind Big C Extra (super market)/Home Pro(home appliance store) malls on Ratchada Phisek inner ring road. It is very easy accessible via mentioned malls front & back gates. MRT Thailand Cultural Centre is about 5 mins walk via Big C mall. Esplanade (another shopping mall) is about 10mins away. So its location is really good to get around Bangkok by train, and also for shopping. There is also a 7-Eleven at the MRT station. You can easily find street food on the way from the station too. Although there were some points that bothered me during my stay, I would consider this hotel for my next time too. The location and price are very attractive.

Probably one of the best location in Ratchada area. A new Central Plaza mall has just opened opposite. Great for travelers whom have some time shopping. The train network is just steps away and at the intersection of the highway leading to the airport. It took me just under 30mins to get to the airport albeit some traffic. The rooms are clean but a bit old. Kind of dim and more suitable for those whom likes a different mood with purplish theme almost everywhere. Including the elevator. I heard it will undergo some form of renovation next year. If that is so, look no further than this hotel if you intend to stay in this area.

The hotel itself is clean and the daytime staff are friendly. Check-in was easy and the hotel room is big and clean. The bed is a bit firm, but comfortable. The aircon is cold and the shower is really great with high pressure. This hotel is located in the Ratchada area which is a great place to spend some time in Bangkok. The hotel has a free golf cart to take you to the MRT station which is perfect for getting around. Even if you don't take the cart, it's only like a 7 minute walk. We noticed a review calling this hotel loud which is very surprising. It's located down a quiet street in a residential neighborhood and seemed deathly quiet to us for our entire 4 day stay. I would stay here again and recommend to others. It is more of a long term stay for many people, I believe.

This hotel is massive. Very big hotel and big room with comfortable bed and bathroom. You can stay in the hotel for a whole day without getting bored. Big parking space with Golf driving range that make you relax. Also with the nice singer in the cafeteria and buffet japanese restaurant in the 2nd floor. The hotel may be a bit old but the decoration is still amazing and everything is so clean. Not expensive price as well, really worth for money. Only concern is traffic in ratchada road that is quite jam. This hotel also near the cluubing area (ratchada soi 4) that is good if you like clubbing.

I've stayed at many hotels in Ratchada area and wanted to try out Atrium. Booked mine on Agoda. The hotel is nice and comfortable; quiet; well furnished. It's draw back is the location. It's not near any places and hard to get to if you don't know the area; even some taxis have difficulty. I would recommend if you don't mind the extra time to get to Atrium. At certian time of the day; traffic can get to your nerves. Otherwise, Atrium is a much better place for the price comparing to Silom and Sukumvit.

This is a little gem of a hotel in the Ratchada area. The hotel has a small lap pool and a fitness room with free weights and 3 cardio machines. Just nice for a cool dip and a simple workout after a long day in BKK traffic. Buffet breakfast was basic, but sufficient to tank up for the day. The PRICE was the best part of the deal... cheap and good for what we can get. It's located at the end of Soi 12, a short walk out to the main road... perhaps 5-7 minutes to the Huay Khwang MRT and the food street beyond. 7-11 located just next door. Highly recommended!

I had only plan to stay for one night as that was all that would be required to do what i need to at the Bangkok Hospital. I liked the hotel and amenities and food so well that i stayed another 2 days. The hotel staff are among the best i have ever encountered. What ever you wanted or needed was handled with efficiency and a genuine smile and a wonderful attitude. The room as very nice and spacious. Everything worked. It was clean and very new feeling. I used the swimming pool and fitness room everyday and really enjoyed both. The fitness room is fitted out with the latest equipment and a attendant is alway there is help if you need anything. The pool was the perfect temperature and never crowded. I just can't say enough good things about the hotel. The next time i go to Bangkok i plan to stay there. Best regards JWR

best Value for money the hotel is improving since last time we stay you can really tell the hotel is trying to push for that 4 star hotelwith the coffee shop food and small shops there is a new Authentic Resaler Brandname Bags in the hotel also jewery but love the chinese food here Sat and Sun are always pac so ask the front desk to book a table and the spa in the hotel isn't over prices like other hotels

wonderful little hotel in ratchada, right next to the huay kwang mrt station. the rooms are large and comfortable, with all the necessities. the only problem is the noise level coming from the street as one side faces onto the main road, and there are a few thai style bars below with kareoke and music going till the early hours of the morning. otherwise it is quite good with friendly staff and a great location. nearby restaurants (including a branch of the famous somboon chinese restaurant) and great street shopping just around the corner (where all the local girls go clothes shopping). only a few mrt stops into sukhumvit and asoke. also just a short taxi ride from the new makkasin airport link station.

Loved this hotel a lot. It was a comfortable hotel to stay after such long and hot shopping days in BKK. It was amazing experience because the team really accommodated my strong request of 1 king room and 1 twin room despite me booking 2 kings rooms. They also managed to get connection rooms for our group. They also provided transportation to Petchaburi MRT and Central World 24hrs, just call up their transport and they will arrange it for you. The location is just perfectly situated opposite BTS Makkasan 30min to Suvarnabhumi - without fail. Despite not being in the central crowd of SIAM / Praturnam shopping district, all of their pluses really made up my stay. Thanks Mercure Makkasan!

The Atrium is perfectly located hotel in the heart of Ratchada. Just minutes walk to Huai Kwang MRT, there are convenience stores located outside the hotel, and is within a soi from the vibrant night market. BEST of all is the fact that the room's power points are live even with the keycard removed when one leaves the room, as only the lights and aircon are switched off. I only wish all hotels were as thoughtful. All rooms open up to a central atrium and peaceful water feature. Will definitely be back!

Highly recommended! We booked a suite room, it is so big and so comfortable. The bathroom is larger than the my bedroom in Singapore. I travelled quite a lot and stayed in many hotels in BKK previously, this is one of the best one I would recommend (based on value for money). I really like the location of this hotel, its located right beside the main road (Din Daeng), you will be able to get a Taxi within a minute, no matter what time is it. The hotel location will get you to most of the popular spot like Platinum mall, Huay Kwang market, Ratchada night spot, etc with just 50-70 baht (5-10 minutes taxi ride).

The best selling point has to be the nightlife just beside the hotel. Long Beach is right beside the hotel. Restaurant, massage, etc. Also, service from hotel stuff is excellent. Restaurant food pricing is a bit steep but generally acceptable. Internet is free, but limited to certain hours of the day. For other parts of the day, internet is largely unusable and it's slow to a crawl. The only time it actually works is past midnight local time. Then I get to surf at a decent speed. Overall, I would stay in this hotel again thanks to it's spacious and clean room and well as their service stuff. I like nightlife and this hotel is near Ratchada Road as well. However, if you're a hardcore shopper, I won't recommend this hotel to you since it's very far from the prime shopping district.

I've been staying at watana mansion for years, this time round the rooms have finally gone through renovation. I would keep coming back here to stay if I want to hang around Ratchada on a budget. Food is available 24/7. minimart is just downstairs with almost everything you need, even pre-paid sim card top ups. ATM is just at the door.

i was stay at hip hotel with my mother.i like it because it's a boutique hotel.it's near mrt but take time to walk to station.breakfast was very good.the hotel is not expensive.i like this hotel because it is near the entertainment complex.it is located on ratchada road it's easy to take transportation.

Very surprised to find this gem around Ratchada area. Booked online for 3 nights stay after going thru their portal description and based on some comments. Sizeable, clean and properly furnished room. Bed, towel, pillow and facilities were good, not as commented by some. The best part of hotel is walking distance to MRT station and with lots of food choices around. Had stayed and visited Bangkok umpteenth times and never once felt insecured even walking along alleys. Only setback is the non availability of in-room safe box, even though it was listed as one of the room features. Anyway will book this place again during my next visit.

Im a frequent traveller to bangkok at least 3-4 times a year for buisnes or pleasure.been recommended by thai friends to stay around 'huay hwang' area( ratchadapisek) since i 1st got there in 2005.always staying around, ratchada city,swissotel and even emerald for the good location. i would really have to say that this is so far the best affordable hotel ever ive stayed in, being rather stingy as a person when comes to price & quality . i would highy recommend the palazzo to any foreigners & the their staffs are superb.

It was a memorable stay though the price is much steep. Aircon is on the overhead or ceiling gives much coverage especially drying clothes. The room is equipped with 2 comfortable arm-chairs to watch TV with satellite channels and away from the bed where a partner may sleep undisturbed by TV when switched on. The hotel is difficult to locate as it is situated alone a lane, not far away from Chinese Embassy. The first metered taxi from Nasa Vegas Hotel sent us to the wrong hotel, Ratchada Hotel where we took another metered taxi to reach. Alone this lane and in fact, most lanes, are quite a number of stalls selling food and there are peddlers selling food also. Many tourists stayed here especially the Japanese with some seniors playing golf.

First to stay in this hotel. About less than 45mins from Don Mueang Airport (cab fare was around THB150 + airport cab fee). Quiet location as it is situated in a residential area and just next to Diamond Residence Ratchada Hotel. They offer free buggy service to the main road. Staff are friendly. Wifi in the lobby is fast but wifi in the room is a bit slow. We stayed in the deluxe room with 2 beds. Room is clean and spacious but the beds are quite hard for me though. Bath towels and bed sheets are clean but they only provided 1 pillow for each bed. Shampoo and liquid soap are in the pump dispenser type on the wall and not those usual small disposable bottled ones. Hotel is very near Chatuchak Market which is why chose it. Only 5 stations away from Suthisan MRT. Delicious local foods near the MRT station are one of the best. A real must try! Good to catch those food stalls in the morning throughout lunch time where abundance of choices are available including fresh fruits too. And they are all cheap. No regrets choosing this hotel. We will surely come back here again.

Greeted with friendly staffs and were given a drink and a small portion of ice cream that was delicious. The room and the toilets are clean. There were no toothbrush kit. They have not only shampoo and body wash, they have conditioner as well. There is a hairdryer. Had minimal English channels on TV. They have a variety of choices for their room service foods. All their rooms are non-smoking rooms, only allowed to smoke outside the hotel or at the rooftop bar. Went to their rooftop bar, awesome view and awesome service. The location of the hotel is opposite of a market called Proud Market which only opens at night. There is a small mall nearby called ShowDC. But it is about 15 minutes by taxi to the main shopping area like MBK Mall or other night markets. The hotel is quiet so if you need a hotel which is very calming u can choose this hotel. I booked a 3 days 2 nights with this hotel but decided to extend another day through Agoda as well. Highly recommended hotel!!! 10 out of 10!!!!

I stayed there last week and I felt very much satisfied with the room, restaurant, nail and hair saloon service and the efficiency of the staffs ( including housekeeping, security, and most importantly receptionist).If I can suggest, it will be better to improve the quality and variety of the breakfast which cost about 380 B to invite friends. Buttercup restaurant food is excellent. It is very important to maintain the service of Thai hotel and nowadays many four and five stars hotels do not meet these standards. Amari Residence Bangkok can prove that what is the real quality of a good hotel and residence. Thanks and see you again in near future Amari Residence Bangkok.
