Clean, easy, accommodating ”
The room was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed breakfast for 100bht each that included eggs cooked to order, salad bar, fruit, coffee/tea/ovaltine. We stayed here for one night, after a train arrival and before a bus departure, and while I wished this could have been closer to more walkable options (markets, restaurants, transportation), it worked out great for our tired-traveling needs at our last minute booking. There are three places for live music and pub food nearby, so we had a fun time. The staff gave us a ride to the bus station at no cost, which was much appreciated!! We appreciate the hospitality here!

Great hotel for people on a budget”
The Rattana Park is a well-run hotel that offers a lot more than its low price. The hotel is a 6/7 minute walk from the bus station. All the staff are friendly and efficient. The check-in/check-out procedures were very fast and helpful. The room is very large, spotlessly clean and maintained to a good standard. The bed was large and comfortable. There was a lot of storage space, sitting places and powerpoints. The bathroom was also large with a powerful shower. The WIFI when I used it was adequate for my needs. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for both a short and longer stay.

Well-priced and very clean. The bed was large, the shower was hot, the staff was very friendly (some speak English), and the breakfast was diverse and delicious. Hotel staff even offered to take us to the bus station and made a second trip after we forgot a water bottle at the hotel. Great service and excellent location (about 10 min walk to bus station). I would definitely stay here again.

It's not the best but it's not the worst”
Good things first: Excellent service, good location, very friendly staff and clean hotel. Bad things now: Beds with old and very hard mattress, easy to count the springs on it and ripped bed sheets. Air conditioner very noisy and old. Room in front of the main street noisy too until very late in night. Lo bueno es lo primero: excelente servicio, buena ubicación, personal muy amable y hotel limpio. Cosas malas ahora: camas con colchones viejos y muy duros, fáciles de contar los resortes y sábanas rasgadas. Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y viejo. Habitación en frente de la calle principal demasiado ruidosa hasta muy tarde en la noche.

Nice place only 5 minutes walk from the main bus station (terminal 1). Good wifi. Hot shower. Nice garden out back. Small fridge with 2 free bottles of water. To get into town go to the bus station and get a local version of a tuk tuk for a fixed price of 60 Baht to the train station. There's also a 7-11 at the bus station.

Night Blighted By Nightclub Next Door.”
I was allocated a room at the far end of the corridor, unbeknownst to be next to a nightclub. As the night wore on so increased the volume of the music. At 2am I was forced to request a change of room which, to be fair was rapidly obliged. A very nice quiet suite-like room, which was offered to me should I continue my stay. Other than that, the hotel seems like business use predominantly. Some bars and (obviously) clubs scattered along the main road. A little out of town, about midway to the bus terminal. 100 Baht taxi fare either way. Breakfast not inspiring, but adequate.

This was just a stop over on our way to the north ”
This was just a stop over on our way to the north of Thailand. basic Thai hotel, older building, breakfast was mostly thai style but "American Breakfast" avalible. After breakfast and back to our room the door lock broke, just regular house style lock and keys would not work. got one of the staff to "work" the lock to get it open, dood handle very loose.

Standard rooms at affordable rates”
The room is clean and well ventilated, with sufficient lighting to read or work. Their rates are very affordable without breakfast. There is a supermarket, or Big C, located about 400-500 meters from the hotel. There you can find restaurants, banks, etc. There is a pub & restaurant nearby that play live music late into the night. So if you want a quiet place, go and book somewhere else.
