Excellent scenery, nice staff”
I used to come here many times before Covid 19 period. This time is 1st time after Covid 19, the hotel condition is still great and well maintained. Still keep good standard cleanliness. Staff seems mostly trainee or student but perform good service. I came with my mother 83 old. I had tried to send couple mails to hotel to notify them for my request of wheelchair accessible room but no reply. However, on the arrival day they had already reserved the requested room for my mother. All things are perfect, only their communication should be improved.

During Covid we travelled alot and i want to say this hotel is ready for the country to be reopened everything looks great food is good and the staff really smile! Great beach and location is a bit far from the city but good for families. Swimming pools are fantastic and they made a new waterslide great!!! You can see that even during Covid the management/owner/staff take good care of the hotel and that is really good to see. Highly recommended!!!

Situated in great location. Away from the chaotic Pattaya. Staff are very nice, always with smiles on their faces. The room is clean and tidy. There are 3 swimming pools, a good plus for family with children. Breakfast is quite a highlight with the so-called Patongo. You have to try. All in all my family and I love this hotel.

Good resort for Family”
We stayed at Ravindra for 3 nights. We had taken 2 rooms - one for my parents and one with a bunk bed for my family with 2 children. The bunk bed was an instant hit with my kids and so was the rest of the room and the resort. Neat & clean, good variety for breakfast (including vegetarian options). Pool facilities are quite good too. The only problem I faced during the stay was the Aircon control didn't work at all. Every night I had to call the staff to do some fix and he would leave saying it is done but in vain. On the last night they accepted that the aircon is faulty and offered me a change of room which they should have done on the first night. I didnt take the offer ad we were vacation the next morning anyway. The water heater was not giving hot water either. These two issues were present only in my room and not that of my parents.

We stayed for Day 1 test and quarantined at this resort for 24 h. Everything was excellent, and we appreciated that the hotel brought us food to the room. But - knowing how fresh Thai food can be, the lunch and dinner was really disappointing. Big disappointment. No vegetables, no color to the food. Canned brown fruit. Fried fish and boiled rice with a tiny box of sweet chili sauce. Sad.

Expect more from 5-star hotel with this price”
Our family check-in around 2.45pm. Normally hotel check-out time is 12pm and check-in time is 3pm. Hotel have 3 hrs to prepare the room. If I not misunderstood, we paid for the most expensive villa of this hotel. But in the end, we have to wait until around 3.40pm to check-in. Do we really deserve this? It s CHAOS at lobby that afternoon. Tons of traveller are check-in and some wait for their late clean-up room. Hotel excuse is that so many people check-in at the same period, national holiday (Songkran) and longer clean-up process due to Covid19. THOSE SHAMEFUL EXCUSES NEVER SEEM VALID IN CUSTOMER VIEW !!! It's a damn national holiday, most people booked on advance atleast 1-2 weeks. You have such plenty of time to prepare and manage your human service resource to cover high-season period. I worked in hotel and hospitality industry, I am pretty sure there are some failure in unplanned hotel resource management or process somewhere. I never encounter such a disappointing check-in from 5-star hotel in my lifetime. Apart from that, Breakfast buffet is far way too normal. Everything is just a soso level. You can find these menu and tastes at random 4 (possibly3) star hotel. Most leisure facilities cost your money. Its not much but it s so annoying that with this amount of money we paid. We still need to pay more for something other 5 star hotel provide you properly without a cost. PRO, nice private villa and 2 hotel central pools. Quite assured that family with young children will love it. Maybe need a staff to look after pool slider area closely. Without it, someday serious concussion accident will surely happen. Kids wont understand the safety context. Expect a lot more from what your hotel represent online.

Seven days quarantine ”
Fantastic service. Was in quarantine for 7 days. I asked for different things and also for adjustments of the menus. Nunu the receptionist was perfect, she met all my needs. Quick ,agreable and efficient service! My room was very agreable and the spacious balcony a real pleasure. I will come back to this hotel 😊

Short Stay for family”
Our family stayed for a few nights, looking for somewhere relaxing and comfortable. Ravindra Beach Spa and Resort was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are a generous size, pools perfect for young children and the beach at the end of the property if you want it. We didn’t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Pattaya and we’re glad we stayed here. Breakfast was good and so was any food we ordered from the bar/restaurant.
