I stay for three night. They dont clean the room. Bed sheet was dirty. TV is not working. Anyway this is what you get in mecca during peak seasons.... So don't expect too much be reasonable. Overal it's okay.

Front desk people cannot speak English and thus communication was a problem. Hotel door lock (Rm 107) was not properly working. Rooms are poorly lighted, furnished and maintained. Bathroom need renovation as its sink clogged as soon we came but fortunately maintainence staff was on the same floor and they fixed the problem. But with skyrocketed price in end of Ramadan, still I feel that it is worth staying for the price offered. For commute, one can use hotel shuttle or shuttle from adjacent hotels to and from Jamarat and take SAPT bus for two riyals. Taxi in this peak time was charging between 30 and 50 riyals each way.

We (5 adults & 3 kids)have stayed 10 nights from 17th June to 27th June 2016 that is 12th to 22nd Ramadhan. 1- shuttle service of the hotel (to Jamrat Parking, we used to take haram bus from) is very good & both drivers Abdullah & Yaqoob remained so much cooperative 2- No one knows English over there & instead of understanding our problem they always called a sanitary worker or lower staff member from Bangladesh to deal with us 3- Entire hotel managment has no concern with house keeping or room cleaning, our wash room was washed 2 times only in 10 days that means one is supposed to ask reception 4/5 days for one time cleaning Actually They are filthy by nature. 4- they don't dare to call an Electrition or send some hotel guy to check the fuse of power supply right out side the room. So if you're planning to stay, you may face black out for whole day of more because reception is too busy as we did twice. 5- all beds are broken or near to be broken & we went through a pity situation when two mattraces out of 5 were changed on 7th day of our stay & very sorry we can not provide extra bedding for kids under 7 that we claim complementry 6- Rubbish receptionist is completely cheat & liar, always found in anger & is even no more ready to give an ear to your problem of whatsoever nature, Offered us a paid airport drop off service in a new model Hi-Ace or GMC, made an agreement after asking details of our luggage & finally provided us a 5 seater car in afternoon with advice to arrange an extra vehicle for luggage After seeing him I believe that Darwin's evolution theory is right about some people One must stay there if he's sick of humanity, honesty, cleanliness & comfort.

Basic Hotel. Check in took more than 1 hour. I was so tired after Omrah and they kept looking for ready rooms in different floors! Transportation to haram is good. 2nd day I had a staff member opening my door at 6 am!

Good i rate it as 4.5 max out of 10 my room had only one window which was next to air conditioning compressor which was louder than an engine and staff there is not helpful at all

Dans l'ensemble pas mal”
Prix par rapport a la saison même il est loin de la mosquée sainte mais avec la navette qui possède entre l'hotel et les bus ça va pas de problème
