The hotel is located at the center of Rayong city and next to Passionate Shopping Mall which made it so much convenience for staying. Nearby there is also local food market (evening). Facilities are new and well maintenance.

our room was upgraded to superior with completely free of charge. The room was perfectly tidy and clean and room facilities are all nice and perfect. the staffs gave us very helpful informations and very good service mind as well. the location of this hotel is also near a night market, and a mall, where we can buy various foods and desserts. in short, the hotel is perfect if you don't mind that it's at the central of Rayong City.

I had booked a Superior Room with request for a large bed and high floor via Agoda. Upon check-in, I had been allocated a room with twin bed on the mid 3rd floor. I was then informed that all Superior rooms come with twin beds. Agoda should have correctly reflected this condition on their booking page to inform customers. I was given Room 6634 which was in the same zone as Star Gym on the 2nd floor and Housekeeping would make the twin beds into one large bed which was fine with me. I headed for my room and was shocked to hear frequent loud thuds which were echoes of the loud thuds from gym users who had thrown their weights about in the gym. I could even hear the loud thuds outside my room as I passed by the common walkway. The receptionists Khun Kanyapha Rawanwong and Khun Thanida Chianglee were very friendly and helpful from the time I checked in. They heard my concerns of the loud thuds and changed me to room 6612 which was wonderfully quiet. They even remembered to get Housekeeping to make the twin beds in Room 6612 into 1 large bed. Khun Kanyapha Rawanwong and Khun Thanida Chianglee really impressed me with their friendliness and good service.The hotel is also well located as there is a huge night market, Tesco supermart and also a small mall. There is also a well equipped gym with a large pool for one to relax oneself. I enjoyed my stay very much at the hotel with its great staff such as Khun Kanyapha Rawanwong and Khun Thanida Chianglee and good amenities and will definitely stay at this hotel again should I be in Rayong City for my next business trip.

I think its one of best hotels in Rayong. Clean, nice and large room. Only one bad think.. far from nice beach..

I stopped over at Rayong city for 1 night so I was looking for a place where is more convenient. I booked a studio room in new building but I booked a wrong day. the staff was kindly help me out and gave me the same condition as I was booking. They were so nice with all my luggages. I was there with my mum and my 18 months old son. The night market is just across the road (the bad part is... it is so hard crossing the road). I had breakfast at the hotel. The food was good and variety. I definitely recommend to my friends.

Rayong city is not the place top go for a beach holiday - you need to go further east - but as a place to stay in Rayong itself, this is a first rate choice. The hotel is very new, well appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The catering is excellent and the buffet breakfast one of the best I've ever had. If I find myself in the city again, I would definitely stay here and will consider the Kameo brand in future.

We could stay there for a day only. Mom got injured so we had to return. the staff was very helpful. They immidiately arranged a wheel chair and even set up an appointment with a doctor. One important tip "never go to thailand without insurance" breakfast spread was good especially for non vegitarians. No good beach in Rayong. Some good local beaches are around 25min. Driving distance from rayong. The hotel promised for a refund as we had to cut the stay but did not do so. Although the hotel is very good but I would recommend a hotel near beach. This hotel is. Perfect for those who are there on business

Still my first choice if in in Rayong city. Free breakfirst, free dinner and free massage still the selling point of this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. All facilities available.

What a super hotel with very well trained, helpful, friendly professional staff. The rooms are excellent, clean, fresh and all with FREE WiFi. The excellent breakfast that is included covers all tastes and cuisines. The hotel is well situated just on Rayong city limits and within walking distance of a superb golf driving range, a 9 hole golf course and the town centre.. The hotel has a great coffee shop that not only serves a full range of different hot and cold coffees but also has a lovely selection of cakes all served in a very relaxing atmosphere. The beach is a ten minute drive away where you will find a superb fresh fish restaurant..... Overall......a superb, excellent well run hotel that we will revisit.

This hotel is beyond our expectations the room is great, nice and clean. The service is good especially breakfast, full line like a big hotel. It worth every penny and we will definitely be back if we need a place to stay in Rayong.

It was ok for $20 per night, brand new hotel alongside the Sukhumvit highway, next to a 7-11 convenience store and night market that sells lots of street food, also close to Rajbamrung Road in Rayong where you can find the German Bierhaus restaurant, and the Western style beer bar restaurants, Y33 bar and The Joker bar, also a short walk to the Passione shopping mall and Laemthong Department store. Hotel will book you a taxi to the new Rayong bus terminal for 120 THB, only complaint with the hotel is not a single English channel on the TV.

This is the nice place and don't far from the center of Rayong city. Good service and very nice room type

I typically stay at the Kameo Grand when I have business in the Rayong area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean but basic with little or no frills. The hotel layout is odd however this is manageable. The workout facility is dated but the equipment is in acceptable condition. The workout facility hours are too short since it opens at 6:00 and closes at 10:00 The breakfast is very good and service is excellent. Overall the Kameo Grand is my go-to place during my visits to Rayong.

The hotel is very new in the entertainment area of Rayong. However the hotel situated in a small narrow road and hind behind other building (shop house). It is advisable to call the hotel for exact location. The room is clean and comfortable; due to brand new. The reception counter was still not fully completed; but the staff was trying their best.

It’s one of the most lovely hotel in Rayong, I will definitely stay there again. Compared with other hotels in Thailand with the same or a little bit higher price level in which I had been to, I think this hotel is one of the best places that offer such a great breakfast, first there is no time limit with their meal vouchers, you can use your voucher any time from the moment you check-in until you check-out. Second, there are such a great variety of menu they offer, roughly, I think there were more than a hundred kinds , ranging from basic American breakfast, sandwiches, porridges, boiled rice, fried rice, spaghetti , noodles, and many more, plus their vegetarian menus are also very good. Third, they serve only high quality food. They serve good quality sausage and their seafood is fresh. But one thing that made me really enjoy staying there was their coffee, they use quite a decent quality beans and their coffe was freshly brewed cup by cup by the espresso machine. Their orange juice is also of good quality unlike the colored water in other hotels. Fourth, their homemade cake and pastries are also very delicious, I ‘ve already tried a few items and bought many pieces home, however, there are still many kinds that I want to try, so I think I will visit there again soon.

I just needed a sleepover during work in Rayong and decided to try this hotel out. Turns out it was a good stay, a really decent one that went for a really humble price, for a really simple much needed rest and sleep. There will be no amenities to greet you, there will be no nearby conveniences within walking distance. But that said, it was a really quiet rural neighborhood in the midst of an urban city that caters for the industrial enterprises surrounding. Breakfast was simple coffee and toast spread on a table, DIY. Dinner was a drive out for the restaurant below had ceased operations. And the room, I think it was meant for bats. Everything was very dim even when all lights were turned on. Therefore, certain task such as trying to cut your toenails will be impossible. And in the toilet, draw the bath curtains and that was how it feels like when bats take a bath. Batman could have been my neighbor and Robin the security guard below. Everything very Zen I guess, keep it in subtle dark moods, slows the mind, into the bed and rest well for the hectic day ahead.

Clean room. Hotel is located near huge fresh market in Rayong, night bazaar market, and local restaurants. Comfortable to to travel anywhere in the city because it’s in city center.

Rayong is not exactly a tourism magnet in it's own right, but makes a good base from which to tour the fruit orchards of the province. Charisma is a modern multi-storey building with large, clean and convenient rooms. Bath is modern and all the plumbing works flawlessly, as one would expect of a newer property. We were very comfortable for our 3-night stay, and lacked for nothing. We highly recommend the place!

Staffs are helpful and rooms are clean. Facilities are good with still some leaves in the pool, and may not have a guard at the pool in case of emergency.

The hotel seems to be brand new and the rooms were very nice and really clean. Also it is close to two local markets (one food and one night market) which is the highlight of Rayong. The staff had a little bit of an attitude but we found this sort of funny and they were friendly enough once we talked to them.

This condo is friendly, serviceminded, clean and safe. Compared to other condos we been to in Rayong this is the best if want a place to sleep when visiting ex malls and the town. The owner veru helpful, the room ha what you need and the pool n gym is small but clean and good for a visit.

I was very impressed with this hotel, especially for the price. It's within 2 kilometers of downtown Rayong, but still has a very rural type appearance to it with beautiful lawns and a river running through the rear of the property and cattle grazing on the opposite side. The room had a beautiful outside view. The room was clean, modern and everything worked, it had a mini-bar in it, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable compared to most hotels. Madina is about a 10 minute walk to the evening market and there are restaurants available there. The buffet breakfast was basic but good. The only slight negative comment was that the bed had a very hard Asian style mattress that was not very comfortable, but acceptable.

This hotel located on the eastern outskirts of Rayong just off Sukhumvit Road is clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful. It does not have brilliant vistas but if you are in Rayong or the surrounding area for business and have a car then this place is a good buy. No restaurant but it has a 7/11 and food stalls (in the evening). There is a laundry and a hole in the wall restaurant next door. Restaurant serves Thai food only. There is a big shopping mall just down the street and an "ok" beach is close. You can get to both via taxi bus (10 baht/person open air bus). If you want to go to the nicer beaches and attractions in the area then rent a car.

It's been a while since I stayed here but my experience was quite good. I had a corner room that was large and more like an apartment than a hotel. Daily house cleaning made it better than an apartment. The location is OK, depending on what you want to do. It's far enough back from Sukhumvit road to be fairly quiet but restaurants and a Family Mart are all in walking distance. The in-house restaurant was good but a little pricey. They also closed down for 4 days at the end of my stay without any explanation. Overall, this is a good place to stay while in Rayong if you don't need to be close to the beach.

Deal is so cheap that I just choose the hotel. But the hotel itself is amazing. The staff is very friend and helpful. Try the food at the hotel as well, super reasonable price.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful. Ning went above & beyond to help me find my way around Rayong and to Ban Phe. Very nice people! The room was large and comfortable. It was very quiet. The bathroom was very clean. I would stay here again when coming to Rayong.

The resort is located in a green area with little lakes, so you don’t have the city stress. The bungalows are very clean, and the staff cleans your room if you wish so. All the people there are very friendly und helpful and made our stay very pleasant. We recommend staying here.

It's located in the center of Rayong city , and I'd also like aevantage convenience near in a depertment store. The hotel is old , but cleaning is attentive and very clean.

Walkable from Passione Shopping Destination, where Airasia shuttle bus will drop you at the drop-off point, from U-tapau airport. This airport is very inconvenience. Only 2x immigration counter available (Time eaten). Bike renting cost B500 per/day (almost new), just oppossite Rayong city big signate, or you may rent at Bike opposite the hotel cost B200 per/day (old bike without mirror). Travel to Koh Samet very convenience. Bike parking fee B40, Ferry B100 per/way. Entry fee B20. Walkable in the island. Bike renting B100 per/hour and B200 for 3 hours.
