villa is. not villa u booked..is just a room . agoda is so misleading for this.. ”
the so call villa booked is just. small miserable room unless hope to see the whole Villa to yourself for the pricing paid. you xn book directly with other rock garden hotel thru agoda at half the price with full Villa room to yourself. although the owner is friendly n good cable movie but still can make the price different. they provide bicycle n high deposit And V$2000baht for a small room. the road condition is badly maintained with potholes n the general facilities is lack of maintence in the big pool.. the picture is misleading especially the Villa rental is only a room by itself... unless u are booking the 4person room... maybe u get a Villa.... you can get better 4-5,star hotel nearby at the same rate. I should say it not value for money.. the price of the room should be Max at $1000-$1200 baht. although the nice owner try make it with breakfast with a kind thot..

I am sorry you didn't read what you booked! We have 5 properties on Agoda and if you book a bungalow, I don't understand why you think you will get a whole villa! If you thought you would get a villa for small money like that. Which of these were you thinking of? The roads are repaired now, buy sorry for that when you where here.

Don't let the surrounding fool you. It is a nice house with everything you need. Not too far from town and the beach. Too bad we had a black out from the strom, and we lost power for awhile. We would go again.

Jouko the owner is a a great guy with a great home. So helpful and friendly. Left some clothes and Jouko was kind enough to post them back. Very big house well presented perfect for families looking for a peaceful stay in Thailand.

Fantastic place to stay”
Fantastic location right next to the coast, the pool was great and the kids loved it. The owners who live nearby were great and very helpful and friendly. The nearby beach at Mae Phim was relaxing and quiet, and safe for children as it slopes very gently. Ideally you would need your own transport to visit the surrounding areas but there were bicycles and a motorcycle at the villa for use by the occupiers. I can highly recommend a stay at the villa, and I will hopefully return myself in the near future. I have given a 3 rating for the Food/Dining section to allow me to submit the review although food was not included.

Bon séjour à Rayong, Villa de haut standing! Belle grande piscine dans le complexe! Par contre le complexe est un peu délaissé, beaucoup de maison abandonnée, la plage au mois de juillet Malheureusement très sale pas nettoyé et ça ne donne pas envie de si baigner!!

非常に静かなところで、家族、グループで泊まるにはよい、海岸には近くロケーションがよく、大小のプールもあり、長期にて泊まるにはよい、２５年前にリゾートビラとして開発したのこと、そのため建物は老朽化しておりリフォームを、徐々にしているビラ群、難点は、周りには何もなく車がないとダメ、今回泊まったところも修理がまだできていなくバスタブが使用できなく、エアーコンの掃除ができていなく虫に刺された点が問題であった
